Trevlig lägenhet med egen ingång i en villa. Modernt kök, badrum med dusch och tvättmaskin. Precis utanför dörren finns en liten uteplats med trevlig utsikt över dalen ned mot Sävedalen. Eget gäst-wifi ingår liksom tv samt ett ljudsystem från Sonos. En promenad på ca 5-10 minuter tar dig ner till Sävedalens köpgata med olika butiker och ett flertal restauranger. På ungefär samma tid tar du dig till busshållplats för vidare färd mot Göteborg. En taxi till centrala Göteborg kostar ca 150-300 kr

Passa på att hyra detta nybyggda, kompletta minihus centralt beläget i östra centrum av Göteborg. Här bor du lugnt och bekvämt. Området är lugnt och fridfullt med mycket grönska. Huset är fullutrustat, välplanerat och snyggt och ligger bara 10 min bussresa från centrum! Perfekt om du ska på Liseberg, konsert på Ullevi, Gothia Cup, eller bara turista helt enkelt! Promenera i området, åk till närmsta sjö, ta en glass på glasscaféet i Sävedalen. Här finns allt på bekvämt avstånd!

Calm living in Göteborg

The basement apartment, for you to rent, is a part of our house. It is close(200 m) to a bus stop and the city centre is 15 minutes away(by bus). Our house is close(800 m) to Kviberg multisport center. You can go skiing in the middle of summer in Skidome at the "Prioritet Serneke Arena". We offer a calm living in a Villa area. My family consists of me and my wife and our two cildren. Noise from children is OK for us around the clock, but it is no good for party life.- Welcome!

Bara 20 km in till Göteborg, 4 km till Göteborg Landvetter AirPort, 1 km till Chalmers Golfklubb och 4 meter till uppfriskande dopp i Hornasjön hittar ni vårt lilla hus (25m2),beläget på samma tomt som vårt boende, med ett sovrum med en 140cm bred säng + en 140cm bred bäddsoffa i rummet, spjälsäng kan också ordnas vid behov. Vid förfrågan och tillägg i pris kan vi oftast ordna transfer till flygplatsen och även in till city• Lättare frukost och övriga önskemål likaså.

I Partille ligger detta minihus (28kvm) med ett sovrum med dubbelsäng och ett rum med köksvrå, bäddsoffa för två personer m.m. Dessutom fräsch toalett med dusch. Perfekt för 2-4 personer för övernattning om du vill bo i närheten av Göteborgs centrum. Dessutom nära till Landvetter flygplats(20 minuter). Gratis parkering finns i anslutning till boendet.

Welcome to a private studio in Scandinavian style in a quiet area with its own entrance, 140 cm wide continental bed and a large bathroom in the east part of Gothenburg. Good communications by bus or bicycle. Free wifi, new furniture, fridge, considerable facilities, and flexible check-in 24h. The studio is located in the basement of my house with own entrance. It lacks a proper kitchen but has a bench with a fridge/freezer, microwave and kitchen-ware.

This cozy tiny house is located in Utby in northeastern Gothenburg, close to the vibrant city center as well as beautiful nature. It has its own bathroom and the ability to cook simple meals. A small barbeque is available as well. The place is suitable for 1-2 people, but can accommodate more. Facing a large yard with apple and plum trees as well as berry bushes makes it the perfect getaway place all year around.

Eget hus i lummig villaträdgård i trevliga Sävedalen , strax öster om Göteborg. På 10-15 min med buss är man inne i centrala Göteborg samtidigt som det är ca 1km till Skatås/Delsjöns rekreationsområde med löpspår och badsjöar. Härifrån är det också smidigt att ta sig till caféer, matbutiker, restauranger och köpcentrum. Ett perfekt boende i en lugn miljö men ändå med närhet till allt.
