Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Saugeen Shores

Jesse was a very helpful, responsive host. This house was perfect for our family with all the amenities as described in the listing. It is next door to a community centre which had a dance on the Saturday night, but the music was not that loud and it was over at midnight. Each bedroom had a sound machine you could use to fall asleep to waves or birds or other soothing sounds. The whole house was very clean and the pantry was well stocked and every kind of utensil and dish and glass and cup you could need was provided. The narrow fairly steep stairs to bedrooms on the second floor might be a challenge for some if you have knee issues. For us it was really a great place to stay and exactly as pictured and described.

the house has been in the family since 1934, however has been updated and additions built that adds to the charm. Super cool sauna lay out and the bedrooms were spacious and clean...we had a great stay and even managed a few cider tours in the surrounding area. so fun...

We really enjoyed our stay at Jacquelyn’s. The location is so close to Elora Mill, walking trails and right in the heart of all the amenities in Elora. The place was very clean, the bed was very egg comfortable and the house aesthetic is very cute and relaxing. We had everything we needed during our stay and Jacquelyn was very responsive to any questions and made sure we knew all the important details about our stay. We would love to stay here again next time we are in the area! Thanks for a great stay Jacquelyn 😊

Lovely spot to stay with the family. We had such a nice weekend. Meaford is great place and close to both Owen sound and Collingwood to explore further. The house was comfortable and a great place for our family and dog to relax. It had everything we needed

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and the temperature inside was just perfect. We really enjoyed our time here and felt right at home. The only small downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow, but everything else was great. We would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is exactly what we are looking for. Very cozy and quiet, nice hikes and most of all, the amazing animals. The girls spent hours hanging out with the horses and the pigs. Our time here was very memorable. There are amazing hikes nearby, small towns like Markdale and Flasherton and both have small restaurants, shops and cafes. John and Andrea are simply great! They are extremely kind and generous with their time. Excellent advice all the time, great conversations and will offer anything to make our stay more enjoyable. John let us help with the daily shores and feeding the animals. He also gave us excellent ideas for hikes, local attractions, etc. We are really looking forward to going there again next spring or summer.

It was great staying at Karim’s place. The location is ideal for visiting Blue Mountain with restaurants and grocery stores near by. Also, Karim was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed.

Rosa was very responsive amidst the busy Mother’s Day weekend. She was able to accommodate us with a late checkout which helped us plenty with enjoying our experience at the Scandinavian spa nearby. The place was very cozy and tidy and served its purpose for our weekend stay. Thank you Rosa for everything!

Beautiful cabins in a family owned place. The hosts are friendly and helpful. We have been here multiple times past with our family and friends.

Would highly recommend! A very spacious spot with lots of activities and lovely surroundings. The place is very cozy with the wood burning stove and plethora of candles. Annette was very pleasant, responsive and accommodating! We had a great time playing with her dogs in the snow. We will be back!

We struggled to find a place for our group of 17 and Stonehaven was an amazing find! The beds were comfortable, we loved being able to have meals all together in one spot, and there was lots of space for people to do different activities inside since it was winter. Outside, we enjoyed tobogganing, snowshoeing and cross country skiing on the property. Steve was quick to communicate and provided clear instructions and maps. We were already talking about going back so we can enjoy the property in the summer! Thank you for a memorable and fun weekend!

The cottage was so wonderful for our stay in Southampton for a wedding. It was cozy, clean and comfortable and in such a beautiful location right on the river. Beth and Jeff were so kind and helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. What a retreat this cottage was. It looks just like the pictures, although honestly surpassed my expectations in how cozy and homey it felt. The views of the water between the trees, the big window, and just generally extremely well appointed home with everything you need. A great location. I was looking forward to using the turn table, although it was not working while I was there, Matthew was extremely responsive trying to problem solve it with me over text. The Apple Music was a great substitute to have on while making dinner. Working in health care, I tend to crave retreats every few months and this provided me with the serenity and cozy relaxation I needed. Thank you! I will definitely be back!

The place was just as described. It is a loft above their barn that was super cute and clean. The host was very reliable and responded within minutes every time I had an issue or question. She gave me amazing recommendations for some local places and even for my ride home. Her husband greeted me and was so friendly and enjoyable to speak to. Any question or issue I had was addressed immediately. The animals on the property were fun to see. A very nice and quaint little place to stay and very close to Owen Sound which is what I wanted to explore. Take time to find the waterfalls around town! Thank you for your incredible hospitality!! I truly enjoyed speaking to Don too!

This place was the most wonderful escape from the city, cozy and welcoming! Perfect trip for our toddler - safety outlets and even cute games to play inside and outdoor games as well! The perfect little home away from home, the paddle boats and fishing rods were the cherries on top ! Highly recommend

My family and I adored Ruth’s place. It was perfect for our family of 4. Convenient location to both the beach and the town. The cottage itself is lovely, cozy and great backyard space for family games etc. Ruth was super responsive and friendly. We will definitely return to this little gem. Adam and The Beach House were exactly as described - 5 star stay all around. The house was clean and had all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay out of the city. The sauna was especially nice and clearly well maintained. The host was also responsive, proactive, helpful and super supportive throughout the stay. Fantastic visit and would highly recommend this place!

What a sweet and cozy place...very neat and clean! It was perfect for us! We enjoyed walking the property...a little paradise, so peaceful. Heidi, Rudy, and their friendly dog were gracious hosts. We hope to return soon.
