Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. Distances: - approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach -ca. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery - approx. 10 minutes to train station

Krummendorf is a small and beautifully located village and belongs to the city. The Oldendorfer Tannen (forest area) begins directly behind the house, and the Warnow immediately follows. The city center and Warnemünde can be reached quickly. Parking spaces for cars and a shelter with seating in the courtyard are provided.
