The Baltic Sea is 14 km away and can be reached at any time (pool in summer!), forest and meadows for cooling off - the Way of St. James leads through the village and the hiking trail starts right outside the door. The deer jump at the edge of the horse paddock, and if you look closely, you can see the fox and, depending on the season, the wild geese, storks or cranes flying over the farm, and the rooster crowing (!). Those who feel more comfortable with Pippi Longstocking than with Annika are happy here. Those who live diversity are warmly welcome. #MVistBUNT

I have a vacation apartment here with 64 square meters of living space. It is all on the ground floor, so it is also age-appropriate. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, where an extra bed is possible in the larger one. The kitchen is fully equipped. The terrace invites you to sit comfortably and barbecue. The apartment is located between the Baltic Sea resorts of Kühlungsborn and Warnemünde. All beaches are within half an hour. If you are looking for a bit of peace and relaxation, you are in the right place with me.

You come to a small organic farm with an organic shop with vegetable cultivation, chickens, geese, cattle, cats and dogs. The space is completely ecologically renovated and can also be used as a seminar room or for events. There is a total of about 90 m². Kitchen and bathroom with shower. In addition, a large room with a double bed on the platform and a small room with mattress storage. The large room is heated with a pellet stove. The chic apartment is the ideal base for enjoying Rostock and the surrounding area. In 10-15 minutes' walk you are in the city center and can inquire about all the sights at the tourist information office. The city harbor with its diverse gastronomic facilities is also within walking distance. At the main train station, which is only about a 5-minute walk away and has train connections to the Warnemünde, which is worth seeing, there is a bicycle rental (parking on the premises).

The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.
