This cozy attic apartment is very lovingly and tastefully decorated. It is located in a quiet residential area above a garage in beautiful Lastrup and has its own entrance. It has a beautiful, bright bathroom with a bathtub, vanity and toilet. Just one street away is the natural swimming pool with indoor pool. The beautiful village park with lake as well as restaurants, shopping, pharmacies, doctors, hairdresser etc. are reachable in a few minutes' walk.

This place is an upstairs apartment and is one of two apartments in a holiday home. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed and a private large bathroom. My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.
