The in-house forest invites you to "forest bathing." The vacation rental is located in the front part of the house. The rear part is occupied by the hosts. Leer or Papenburg can be reached quickly. The North Sea or the Netherlands are just around the corner. The surroundings offer many activities or lakes.

Der Wagen ist gemütlich und freundlich eingerichtet. Sie finden im Wagen ein Doppelhochbett, eine Kochzeile sowie zwei gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten zum Entspannen. Ein seperates Badezimmer befindet sich im Haupthaus. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich zwei idyllische Seen zum Schwimmen. Ideal für Radreisende und Naturliebhaber.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe vom Ferienhausgelände mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten, Gasthof mit Biergarten sowie öffentliche Verkehrmittel. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

The cities of Papenburg (17 km) and Leer (20 km) can be reached quickly. The North Sea coast and the Dollart, as well as the Netherlands, are not too far away either. The apartment is lovingly furnished with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. It is located on the second floor in the adjoining house. Exclusive use.

The small in-law is located on a large rest farm on the outskirts of Sedelsberg. Around the house you have peace to relax and take a vacation. Lots of greenery, especially towards Koloniestraße provides peace and good air. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Kitchen is fully equipped, washing machine for laundry is available. In the patio, seating and grill are available. The apartment is located on a main bike route!

Beautifully quiet location. Magnificent view of untouched nature, orchard meadow. You can relax there. Nearby is the Altenkamp estate with various exhibitions and concerts. Although the apartment is in my house, you have your own entrance area.

My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.

All the best, We arrived with our own car and dog. Parking is possible directly on the property. Mario is very helpful, responds immediately to questions, he had my daughter set up a mobile bed. Check-in is flexible. We were greeted by the friendly caretaker. The apartment is absolutely clean and new. Everything necessary is available. The area is very nice ideal for day trips to the North Sea or even to Holland. The nearest larger town of Leer is also very nice for strolling and the harbor. We will be happy to come back.

A garden seating area is enclosed by wooden fencing, featuring a circular gravel patch with a small round table and two chairs. A large umbrella provides shade, and vibrant flowers and greenery surround the space, creating a peaceful outdoor retreat.

We would highly recommend the apartment. It is beautifully clean, well equipped, beautiful quiet location and family Loeper looked after us touchingly. We felt completely comfortable! 😊
