Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

Geschäfte, Restaurants, Cafes, sowie ein toller Kinderspielplatz sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Achern liegt günstig zwischen Rhein und den Bergen und zwischen Baden-Baden und Strassburg. In der Nähe sind Skilifte, Loipen, Wander- und Radwege.

Es ist eine Ruhige Anliegerwohnung mit 45 m2 bei uns im Haus. Sie haben einen eigenen Eingang, sind also ungestört. Die Wohnung ist umgeben von Weinbergen. Die Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit befindet sich 5 Minuten Fußmarsch entfernt. Parken können sie direkt vor dem Haus. Bis nach Bühl sind es 2,7 km und nach Baden-Baden ca. 10 km.
