This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

Das dazugehörende 10.000 m² große Wald- u. Wiesengrundstück liegt unmittelbar am „Nationalpark Schwarzwald“ - direkt an Mountainbike- u. Wanderrouten.
