Today, the villa offers a luxurious kitchen, spacious, light-filled living, dining, and sleeping areas, comfortable bathrooms, a playroom with a library, and a billiard room. Bicycles, for example, can be stored in the outbuilding. The property is at your exclusive disposal.

This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The typical Black Forest house from 1831 was lovingly renovated in 2021. On the ground floor, which is accessible, there is a wheelchair-accessible bathroom. The large living/cooking/dining area with its clay-plastered walls and solid wood fixtures is at the center of the house. In the historic attic there is a large and two small bedrooms. There is also a cozy bathroom in the attic. A stream ripples past in front of the playground in the garden. Tourist tax not included!

The pool is particularly popular with our guests as it provides refreshment after sauna and walks. Privacy is also particularly appreciated, as both the pool and sauna and garden are available for exclusive use. The pool can be used all year round, but is not heated. A hot tub is not available.
