Es erwartet Sie eine ruhige und gemütliche Ferienwohnung im Schwarzwald, ca. 330 m ü.M. Umgeben von Wälder und Weinbergen gibt es viele schöne Wandermöglichkeiten. Weitere sehenswerte Orte wie Baden-Baden, der Mummelsee, Skipiste erreichen Sie in ca. 20 min. mit dem Auto. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss eines Hauses mit drei Wohneinheiten. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist ca. 5 Gehminuten von der Bushaltestelle entfernt. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert.

Bakery, shops and restaurants are a few minutes' walk away. Here in Achern you will find a number of cultural and sporting offers in the immediate vicinity (outdoor swimming pool, excavation lakes, city garden,...) Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

It is located on the 2nd floor in the back of the building, very quiet view of the countryside with balcony ,parquet floor , high speed internet, Bluetooth speaker . Animals are not allowed Cleaning fees of €40.00 are to be paid in the apartment! There is a tourist tax of €4.50 per person per day to be paid at check-in. Registration form must be completed.

In a two-minute walk, you are in the romantic flower and wine village of Sasbachwalden. It is characterized by well-kept half-timbered houses, which are embedded in magnificent vineyards. Our guests are welcome to use our sunbathing lawn with sun lounger. The municipality charges a tourist tax of €1.90-2.20 p.p./night (to be paid on site). Free use of bus & train as well as free entrance to the beautiful outdoor swimming pool are just a few advantages.
