This is a cozy home located in beautiful Ullerøy. The house is 90m2 in total. On the ground floor there is a bathroom, kitchen with kitchen table, living room with dining table, sofa and TV and a porch. On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed and 2 single beds, and a slightly smaller bedroom with a double bed. 2 floor mattresses are also available. Total of 8 beds The beach is within walking distance and Sarpsborg and Fredrikstad are a short drive away. Parking space with room for 3 cars. Possibility for electric car charging.

Nice cabin on a large, cozy and child-friendly plot with sun all day. The cabin has been significantly renovated in recent years, with a new kitchen, newer bathroom and bright pleasant bedrooms. There are three bedrooms in the main cabin, and an annex with four beds and a private toilet. The cabin has a large porch with several seating areas. It is of course nice to be here in the summer, but the cabin is well insulated, with wood burning in addition to a new heat pump. So it's a perfect option in autumn and winter as well.

With a short distance (about five minutes by car) to popular beaches such as Kålvika and Øketangen, and other nice bathing places, it is easy to find your favorite place.

Recently renovated cottage paradise by Glomma! The cabin is spacious - With new and fresh bedrooms, new bathroom and new kitchen. LARGE garden and several terraces you can enjoy in the sun. Outdoor kitchen for grilling and cooking outside as well. We have a Jacuzzi with room for 5 people. We have our own parking with room for about 3 cars. 1 Electric car charger. Several parking spaces in the shared parking lot just across the road. 10 minutes drive to several grocery stores, Cafe and thrift store.

The home has four cozy bedrooms, perfect for families or groups. It offers four bedrooms with a total of 8 beds (7 adults + 1 child), a spacious living room, a large bathroom, and a separate toilet. The kitchen has all the essentials, and from the living room, you have access to a large terrace overlooking a spacious garden. Parking is available next to the house, and a grocery store is within walking distance. Public transport offers easy access to both Sarpsborg city center and Fredrikstad.

Koselig sommerhytte med fantastisk utsikt til Skjebergkilen, Sverige og Hvaler. En drøy times kjøring fra Oslo og kort avstand til Østfoldbyene. Hytta har tre soverom, to med dobbeltseng og et med familiekøye for tre. Åpen stue/kjøkkenløsning. Ingen oppvaskmaskin, men en fantastisk utsikt mens du gjør jobben. Bad med dusj, toalett og vaskemaskin. Fine uteplasser med spisegrupper, sofagruppe og gassgrill. Hytta ligger ca 150 m fra parkering og en sti tar deg til bademuligheter på ca 7 min.

The house is located in the heart of Sarpsborg, Kurland/Centrum. 4 min walk to the city center and 4 min walk to the famous "bryggesti". Large and clean house with big balcony and sun all day long. Safe for children: Quiet area in the end of a quiet road. The entire garden is fenced in. Large area with grass, water hose, trampoline, vehicles, slide, basketball hoop, building blocks, etc. Beautiful view. Parking: two cars outside. Washing room in basement. Towels and sheets included!

Høysand – Skjerbergkilen

Experience Østfold at its most beautiful, both spring - summer - autumn and winter! The cabin is located in a nice area on Jørstadtoppen by Høysand beach. It is just under 8-10 minutes walk to the large swimming area in Sandvika, or choose to go down to Sildavika, the slightly smaller swimming area in Sildevika, about 8-10 minutes walk. Høysand is a popular summer vacation paradise for all ages. The cabin is located 30 minutes drive from Fredrikstad one way and Strømstad the other way.

Small cabin by the water

Relax and enjoy beautiful views in peaceful surroundings. Short distance to the water, with the possibility of a swim both from the jetty and small beach. Parking right by the cabin, with space for three cars. Only 1 hour and 10 minutes from Oslo. Short distance to the marina, Rema 1000 (2 km away) and restaurant/pub. Strømstad is about 20 minutes away by car. 20 minutes by car to the idyllic Old Town in Fredrikstad. There are great hiking and cycling opportunities nearby.

The home is located fenced under a large chestnut tree with its own garden. Private parking for 3 cars. It is 7-8 km to Fredrikstad or Sarpsborg city center. Bus to Fredrikstad 1-2 times an hour. The ground floor is approx. 115 m². Here there are two large bedrooms, kitchen, living room, laundry room and a nice newly renovated bathroom. 2nd floor has two bedrooms. Sleeping/dining area for 10 people. High chair and sprinkler bed for children can be provided on request.

Peaceful year-round cottage by the lake

Relax alone or with the whole family in this peaceful cabin. If you book with children under the age of 12, do not include the children in the booking, just write information that you have children in the message. This way you avoid extra fees as we do not want to make it financially more difficult for families with small children. There is room for 6 people, beds 5 and 6 and then on the sofa bed in the living room. A crib for young children is also provided.
