The house offers two comfortable bedrooms with bathrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and great outdoor area with a gas barbecue and a heated, massage pool. The house is 2 km away from all amenities. It is located in central Istria, which makes it an great starting point for exploring the entire area. Covered parking for 2 cars.

Near the parking is a small garden with stairs leading to the pool area, large open dining area with a small summer kitchen.
