A beautiful place on the sea. Antonina was responsive and helpful, and even allowed me to stay an extra day! Highly recommended.

We spent 3 nights in this apartment which looks more like a house! Several terraces, very nice view, quiet neighborhood... enough to recharge your batteries :) Very few activities in the area if you're not really into the beach. Ides was very responsive by message, and her on-site contact was also responsive and pleasant (despite the language barrier!) Thank you, grazie!

We stayed at Davide's place for a week, and it was the best stay I had at an Airbnb. Davide was extremely accommodating, smiling, friendly and took her time to visit us and give us recommendations of things to do even after her mother came to drop us the keys. a big thank you to her too for hosting us. Nice attention from them, they left us a bottle of wine and traditional Sardinian bread. the apartment is spacious with 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, an air conditioning, an outdoor shower in the inner courtyard, perfect for the return from the beach which is located directly at the exit of the apartment. A lot of mosquitoes but all entrances and windows are equipped with screens. Few tourists (compared to the north) so easy to park in front of each day, beautiful beaches very close and central position so convenient for a daytrip. I can only recommend staying there!

The very nice and quiet location with wonderful views delighted us. You definitely need a car here to explore the surrounding area and for shopping, the supermarket was closed and only one restaurant open(end of April). It is best to get everything in the supermarket before arrival in Guspini or Oristano. The path to the beach with 15 minutes walking is no problem. The host was always quick to respond and the neighbors were very kind and helpful. We felt very comfortable here and would be happy to come back.

In short: It was just beautiful! We felt comfortable and at home in Cristina's house from the first minute! The house is really special, from the architecture to the amenities. You can really find everything you need and more! I have never found a kitchen that was so well equipped. We mainly stayed outside and the terrace is really nice. We also liked the outdoor shower very much. It was really very hot during our vacation and in the evening we had to open all the windows so it cools a little, but it worked and it was also tolerable without air conditioning. We would really recommend Cristina's house to anyone without restrictions!

The view from the terrace is breathtaking – a panoramic sea view with daily sunsets. The house is spotless, beautifully decorated, and looks even better than in the photos! The towels and bed linens smelled fresh. The kitchen and whole house are fully equipped, including beach gear like loungers, umbrellas, and swimming accessories. Behind the house is a lovely garden with Mediterranean plants, larger than expected. Marco is incredibly kind and made us feel at home. He warmly welcomed us with some bread, his own delicious olive oil (we even bought a liter to take home!), and a fresh strawberry pie from his garden. And on our last day, he surprised us with local Sardinian pastries. Gutturu Flumini is a peaceful village with no tourists – perfect to disconnect and enjoy nature. Just 2–3 minutes away is a quiet beach with crystal-clear, shallow water – perfect for swimming. We went for daily runs along the coast to admire the views. We'd love to come back in the future! The location of the property is ideal for visiting all the local beaches. The property is very clean and there was plenty of space for our family of five. The garden area is beautiful and there was lots of shaded space. There is a large bathroom and an open plan kitchen/lounge. Carlo is a very responsive and helpful host.

great experience in the spring. Beachfront house with beautiful views. We had a great time, outside there is a large table that allows you to eat outdoors enjoying a priceless view. The only flaw is that the house is a little dark, but wanting to stay outdoors as much as possible was not a problem at all! Recommended!

Fantastic view from this apartment but mainly wanted to say how helpful the host was , responding to queries about the area and super prompt and helpful . Thank you ! We stayed as a family of 4 with young children and the host went out of their way to add an additional stair gate to the top of the stairs to give us piece of mind .

We came as a family and had a pleasant stay. Paola and Paolo are very welcoming and friendly people. The accommodation met our expectations. I would highly recommend it!

Our family had a great time in this beautiful apartment for three weeks. Antonella has the Check-in is flexible and uncomplicated. The apartment is really very quiet in the Pinetta of Is Arenas. It remains pleasantly cool and does not overheat. All the facilities for cooking are provided. Towels and bedding is plentiful on site . Most of all we enjoyed breakfast on the large balcony in the morning. By car, all the beaches of the Sinis are within easy reach. Antonella had a huge surprise for us that she told us upon arrival and our kids were very happy about it. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Lovely house in the hills 8 mins from the very pretty town of Bosa and 10/20 minutes from a number of beautiful coves and beaches. Stunning coastal drive up to Alghero for a day out - but house is so peaceful you might not want to leave. Check in super smooth with Gianni, and Ramona, who explained everything clearly. Pool well maintained and a gorgeous kitchen garden. Plenty of great places to eat in Bosa - we particularly recommend Essenza Al Borgo Sant'Ignazio. Extremely well equipped kitchen for cooks. We had a fantastic week and felt immediately at home. Don't worry about the proximity of the train track, the train only comes once a week on Sundays and is an absolutely charming old one carriage tourist train. Thoroughly recommend.

A great 9-night stay in this beautiful region of Sardinia. The accommodation is bright, nice, quiet with a great view. The beautiful beaches, the friendly town of Bosas are very quickly accessible by car. Easy and efficient contact with Stefania.

Cozy little accommodation with two outdoor areas and a really great ocean view! The beach a few minutes walk from the apartment is great and less crowded and a little wilder than the more famous beaches in the area. The apartment was detailed and tastefully decorated, with a small child due to the stairs inside and the many furnishings somewhat impractical (but is visible from the ad). Also very pleasant and helpful communication with our host

Fanta view. Close to the beach. Nice place with everything you need

A very pleasant stay in this beautiful house overlooking the sea. The interior is a bit smaller than expected but the double terrace makes up for it. Small plus for the outdoor clothesline that dries clothes in 3 seconds (it smells good). The village is lovely.

Alessio and his co-hosts have been perfect from day one since the end. Clear instructions and easy communication. Great place to enjoy sea and Sardinia. Very recommended!

Very beautiful home with very good amenities. All windows and doors have high-quality mosquito screens. The seat is very sheltered from the wind. The view on the hill behind the house is magnificent and the sunsets accordingly spectacular. We were there in October 2024. The village is almost extinct during this time, but that did not bother us and we enjoyed the tranquility very much. Except for the restaurant in the center, everything was closed. In the "supermarket" in the village, the essentials were still available for daily needs. For a larger shopping to Terralba, you have to calculate an hour's drive for back and forth. To the beach you also need the car with bathing luggage. But it's beautiful, very long and clean. Alessio was always available via the airbnb app and responded very quickly and kindly to questions. We are completely satisfied with the stay.
