Townhome vacation rentals in Sardinia

Wir haben uns in der kleinen Ferienwohnung gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist gut ausgestattet und für 2 Personen mit (kleinerem) Hund genau passend. Die Küche war prima ausgestattet, Lucia hat für uns einige Grundnahrungsmittel schon bereit gestellt, was ungemein bequem ist, da wir nicht erst Kaffee (Nespressomaschine) und Milch etc. einkaufen mussten. Außerdem war sie sehr hilfsbereit, super freundlich und emphatisch. Ein kleiner Kieselstrand, Tante-Emma-Laden und das Restaurant "La Valentina" ist in kurzer Gehweite. Die anderen Strände lassen sich ebenfalls teils zu Fuß, mit einem Fahrrad oder PKW gut erreichen und erkunden. Auf der Terrasse kann man sich gut aufhalten, es ist nicht zu heiß und der Blick aufs Meer ist sehr beruhigend und schön. Nochmals herzlichen Dank an Lucia, dass wir sie kennenlernen und ihre Ferienwohnung nutzen durften.

Nice straightforward place with everything you need. Quiet location with 30 second walk to the beach and lovely garden to relax in too. Spare parasols for the beach were particularly useful and AC kept the place very pleasant. Responsive host and Gianfranco who greeted us and checked us out was very helpful despite the language barrier (translate function on the phone was very helpful).

This was a wonderful place to stay when visiting the Old City. Location could not be better! The host was wonderful with directions and flexibility. Home was extremely clean with wonderful decorations to enjoy. Very spacious! We will be staying again when we return.

Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und nett. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und konnten uns gut erholen. Der Weg zum Strand ist fußläufig kurz. Im September war der Strand wenig belegt, der Zugang zum Wasser recht flach (kindgerecht) und die Gastgeber haben Strandstühle und einen Sonnenschirm zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir konnten unmittelbar vor dem Hauseingang unter einem großen Zeltdach essen, lesen, spielen sowie unsere Wäsche aufhängen (Waschmaschine steht im Haus zur Verfügung) und auch unser Auto abstellen, abgesichert durch ein Gartentor. Kleine, praktisch-funktionale Küchenzeile mit Gasherd, ausreichend Geschirr, zwei Duschen/Toiletten plus Außendusche, was nach dem Strandgang günstig zum "Entsanden" ist. Ruhige Wohnlage in einer Reihenhaussiedlung. Die Gastgeber haben einen süßen kleinen Hund und eine junge Katze, im Wohnviertel leben Pfaue und Sittiche. Wir haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Abbiamo apprezzato molto il nostro soggiorno nell’appartamento di Stefano, accogliente,confortevole pulito e ben tenuto. La posizione dell’appartamento è spettacolare, proprio sul mare. Stefano è stato molto disponibile e gentile, ci ha permesso di entrare anche prima dell’orario previsto del check -in Esperienza molto positiva

Overall, we had a great stay in Nebida and we definitely recommend this accommodation. Rita was very friendly and the house is beautiful with a stunning view. There are only two points of criticism from our side: Unfortunately, the pool was (very surprisingly for us) only open from 12-15.00, therefore we could not use it with our little daughter (because she either had to sleep or eat during that time). But we don't know if the new opening hours are new or of they change during the high season. Also, we had to wait 1 hour longer to check-in (which was communicated well and friendly on that day but not very easy with a little hungry child that had to vomit after a long drive).

Federica’s place perfect, we had a lovely stay, everything about the place was comfortable, especially the outdoor shower after the beach visit, and the convenient indoor parking spot!

Manuella nous a reçu très chaleureusement. le logement était impeccable et le cadre au delà de nos espérances. L'ensemble du séjour s'est très bien passé et Manuella a su répondre à toutes nos questions très rapidement et très efficacement. Manuella a vraiment pensé à tout lorsqu'elle a créé cet endroit et le séjour est plus qu'agrable. tout est fait pour vous faciliter la vie et la qualité de l'accueil est plus que top. Nous reviendrons probablement voir Manuella et profiter de son appartement et de son cadre. Nous recommandons à 1000% cette hôte et son logement ;)

This Airbnb was perfect. My boyfriend and I stayed two nights. We were able to do our laundry after 1 week of traveling already. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice, everything was clean. TVs were easy to use. Hosts were very responsive. We will definitely stay again!

Bellissimo appartamento su due piani, arredato con gusto. All’interno non mancava proprio nulla. Posizionato su una piccola collina con un ottima vista mare. Lo consigliamo vivamente.

Heel fijn appartement. Netjes, schoon en veilig. Mooi terras om nog even buiten te zitten. Vlakbij uitvalswegen en maar 20 min naar Cagliari.

Great place for a couple, the terrace is perfect. The studio is small but you don’t miss anything :) Be prepared that in case you come in the summer months, the place will get very warm- there is a celling and a standing fan, no AC. We checked-in quite late and had to pick up the keys, towels, and bedding from a neighbor; we had to make the bed ourselves which was not ideal, especially coming late at night. There was also no toilet paper. The kitchen was well-equipped. There is a grocery store ~200m from the place which is great. There seems to be a party in the distance almost every night, bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper :) (not a crazy noise but you can hear it for sure)

Abbiamo passato due notti nell’alloggio di Roberto ed era incredibile. Pulito, ordinato e molto bello. Dotato di tutti i comfort e in ottima posizione nel centro della città. Lo consiglierò certamente e ci tornerei volentieri anche io stesso con mia moglie. Non mancava niente, anzi ci ha fatto trovare anche una bottiglia di vino che non abbiamo consumato solo perché siamo astemi, ma è un gesto che abbiamo apprezzato molto.

The house looks even better in person than in the photos! It has a lovely backyard where you can hang towels to dry, and from the terrace, you get a partial view of the sea and the mountains—a really nice touch. Each bedroom and the living area are equipped with air conditioning, which made our stay super comfortable. There are 2–3 beaches within walking distance, but it's even more convenient by car—only about a 5-minute drive. A special thanks to Anna Lisa for her warm hospitality, helpful tips, and kindness. She really made us feel welcome. Highly recommended!

Giulia hat uns in der Wohnung selbst begrüßt, uns alles gezeigt und hat uns auch mit einer Informationsmappe versorgt. Die sardischen süßen Köstlichkeiten, die zu unserer Ankunft bereit standen, sollen nicht unerwähnt bleiben. Die Erdgeschosswohnung ist eie auf den Bildern dargestellt, wir haben den Garten genossen. Der Checkout wurde nach unseren Wünschen festgelegt, Giulia war pünktlich da. Also insgesamt eine positive Erfahrung und deshalb gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette villa idéalement située sur les hauteurs de la côte sud-est de la Sardaigne. Entourée de collines et au calme, elle offre un cadre parfait pour se détendre. La grande terrasse, avec sa vue dégagée, et la cuisine extérieure ont été de véritables atouts pour profiter pleinement des beaux jours. L'accueil chaleureux d’Élodie et Luca, un jeune couple franco-italien adorable, a grandement contribué à la qualité de notre séjour. Leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse ont fait la différence. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésitation !

It was a marvellous place to stay. Great view. Super close to the nice wild beach. Happy to have been there in September. Everything was super calm. People around very helpful and friendly. Sylvia from Rent Sardinia was very kind and always looked for prompt solutions. Would definitely go back for a next stay.

Maison bien équipée, et très propre à l’arrivée. Federica est très réactive, nous avons pu rajouter une nuit supplémentaire à la dernière minute suite à un souci de véhicule. La voisine, qui nous attendait à l’arrivée est très accueillante et nous a donné beaucoup de conseils La vue extérieure est magnifique C’est très paisible Dans les environs vous trouverez quelques jolies plages et restaurants Toutefois la maison ainsi que la ville en elle même sont assez reculées, vous n’aurez pas de grands supermarchés, de magasins ou foules d’activités balnéaires à proximité Prévoir d’arriver avec de l’eau et des courses Annonce fidèle à la description Nous recommandons

Daniele, Host Eccellente. Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 giorni ed inoltre le istruzioni del check-in son state perfette. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato dei dolcetti e delle bibite, davvero molto gentili. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio, sia per il prezzo che per la posizione vicino alla spiagge più belle.

Wir waren eine Woche zu Gast bei Raffaella mit unserem wasserliebenden Labrador Dexter. Die Lage direkt am Wasser natürlich perfekt für uns. Wir haben viele Tipps für die Umgebung von Raffaella bekommen. Sie ist eine sehr nette und herzliche Gastgeberin. Meinem Mann hat sie ein super leckeres Tiramisu zu seinem Geburtstag mit Kerze gemacht. Das fanden wir wirklich sehr aufmerksam. Zum Empfang hatte ihre Mama superleckere,kleine Kuchen gebacken. Raffaella ist sehr darauf bedacht, dass es ihren Gästen an nichts fehlt und man seinen Aufenthalt genießen kann Unser Hund hat sich so wohl gefühlt, er hat das Anwesen am Tor bewacht. Er hat seine Aufgabe sehr ernst genommen @ Raffaella. Fazit: Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, wir kommen wieder.

maison mitoyenne dans un petit lotissement sécurisé propre et très calme. L'appartement est très fonctionnel et propre, bien équipé et décoré (à notre goût...). Donatella est très agréable, disponible et efficace. Très bon séjour, près d'un grand supermarché et d'une grande plage. Bonne base pour visiter le sud de la Sardaigne !

La casa si trova in una zona tranquilla e strategica, perfetta per raggiungere facilmente le splendide spiagge dei dintorni. Gli ambienti sono spaziosi e ben distribuiti, ideali per famiglie o gruppi di amici che vogliono godersi un soggiorno in pieno relax. Tuttavia, ci sono alcuni aspetti che meriterebbero maggiore attenzione: alcune lampadine erano bruciate, il prato non era tagliato da tempo e l’ingresso risultava un po’ trascurato, con l’erba alta e il portico esterno pieno di foglie. Anche la porta d’ingresso si apriva con difficoltà, e al piano inferiore non arrivava acqua calda né al lavandino né al bidè. Con un po’ di manutenzione in più potrebbero essere facilmente risolti, rendendo l’esperienza davvero impeccabile. Nonostante tutto, ci siamo trovati molto bene e il contesto naturale ha ampiamente ripagato. Con qualche cura in più, la struttura ha un potenziale davvero eccellente. Ci tornerei volentieri!

Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit in Claudias Unterkunft und kommen gerne wieder. Anfahrt und Zugang waren ausführlich beschrieben und der Kontakt zu Claudia schon im Vorfeld sehr nett. Es war alles vorhanden was wir und die Kinder brauchten und der ruhige Strand fast vor der Haustüre. Man sollte wissen, dass dort einige Algen angeschwemmt werden, aber dafür gibt es auch wunderschöne ruhige Buchten, die man (zumindest im Juni) ganz für sich alleine hat. Vielen Dank für alles!
