A strategic location allows you to reach the most beautiful beaches of Southern Sardinia and beyond Cagliari. The bungalow is converted from a main villa and is totally independent: air conditioning, American kitchen, refrigerator, double bed, bathroom, TV and garden with barbecue.

Inside, it consists of a living room/kitchen with a sofa bed that can be converted into a double bed, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower. All rooms except the bathroom are air-conditioned. Outside, there is a fenced garden with a stone shower and granite sink.

Outside there is a private garden with kitchen, bbq, sun chairs and family table. Private Parking right in front. Homemade breakfast is included and delivered by the yurt. You will find fresh bread, muffins, jams, fruit and fruit juice, and you will find all the equipment to fix coffee and tea by yourself.
