It was an amazing experience , the room was really clean , the host was very nice , welcoming and helpful , everything was as said in the description , I definitely recommend visiting this place.

Bel endroit et belle chambre, propre et agréable. Rapport qualité prix impeccable ; seul bémol : l’hôte était absent à notre arrivée alors que nous avions fixé une heure ensemble, et il ne répondait pas au téléphone. Très bien malgré tout

The stay in Laura’s place have been super for all the reasons. Her mother is fantastic too, they welcomed us very gently and they’re rooms are super clean and there is a warm atmosphere in the residence that makes you feel at home. They suggested us places to go and things to do, booked taxis for us for some restaurants and airport. Place is comfortable, silent and near the sea and city center. I recommend

Die Unterkunft ist abgelegen und bietet einen tollen Ausblick auf die umgebenden Berge. Dennoch ist alles sehr gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Es gibt viele schöne Strände in der Nähe. Giovanni hat uns bei unserer Ankunft direkt Restaurant- und Strandempfehlungen gegeben.

Wir hatten eine richtig schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft! Die Wohnung ist modern & mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Sauberkeit – so sauber war es wirklich in keiner Airbnb, in der wir bisher waren. Die tägliche Reinigung der Zimmer ist ein echter Pluspunkt. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war super: schnell & immer hilfsbereit. Zum Frühstück gibt es pro Person und Tag einen 5 €-Gutschein für die Bar „Global“ gegenüber. Damit kommt man für ein kleines italienisches Frühstück gut hin. Die Beispielbilder im Inserat könnten allerdings einen anderen Eindruck vermitteln – etwa, dass es ein Buffet oder Geschirr im Zimmer gäbe, was nicht der Fall ist. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine nette Auswahl an Snacks auf dem Zimmer – eine sehr aufmerksame Geste! Hinweis: Entgegen der Beschreibung gibt es keine Trainingsgeräte im Haus, aber ein Studio direkt gegenüber. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen!

Very nice building, easy to find with a very big bathroom

Absolutely the best place I’ve stayed in San Teodoro for Sun & Bass, this was my 5th year coming to the island for it. Super comfy bed, which is very rare! Great space with it’s own little balcony. The only suggestions I could come up with, to make it perfect, would be a kettle to make tea in the room and a small dustpan to sweep the floor.

Perfect location, close to everything, the only problem is the noise from the street but in general amazing place

It is a unique spot in a pleasant area and we appreciated the rustic, wood furniture and friendly check in. Picking up a few pieces of the trash at the front gate, repairing some plaster in the room and using only warm tone light bulbs would make the spot nicer.

Great opportunity to stay in a fortified tower! Rooms are relatively small but the unique appeal of this property are the incredible views of the town and countryside from various terraces. We spent hours with coffee/wine at dawn and dusk making the most of these. You're also just a short stroll from supermarkets and some great local pizza parlours. Impressive to see this imposing building against the mountainous background when you return. Wonderful breakfast, that you can take inside or on one of the lower terraces outside, while being eyed up by some healthy looking local cats.
