The house is located in a quiet area, just a 15-minute drive from Arzachena, and enjoys a garden ideal for your relaxing moments, just a few kilometers from the sea. The room, consisting of a double bed and a single bed, includes linen (sheets, towels), TV, air conditioning and a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. The kitchen is for exclusive use. Upon request, it is possible to have a second double room with a private bathroom, for a total of 5 beds.

It has a small balcony overlooking Via XX Settembre, one of the main pedestrian streets on the island. Independent air conditioning (hot/cold) and 40" LCD TV.
