Central HVAC.Two off-street parking spaces are yours, along with a shared fenced yard and a separate coded entry for security.

The carriage house is a completely stand alone building with our private home in the front of the property. The unit is on the 2nd floor and includes one parking spot in driveway . Driveway gate can be locked at night It borders Saratoga Racetrack, making it a few minutes walk to either entrance. Racing Museum, Fasig Tipton and downtown are all within 4 blocks. You can use our family (unheated) pool open mid June to September. Not suitable for pets or children. Special prices for long term.

Come relax on our cozy homestead in upstate NY! Beautiful in all seasons, you are welcome to wander around the 8 acre property and/or use it as a home base to everything the Capital Region has to offer. Approximately 20 minutes to Albany, 15 minutes to Troy. Groceries, coffee shops, and restaurants are all a quick drive. 30 minutes to Jiminy Peak. Please note we live on the property about 50 feet away in the main house. The property currently has dogs, chickens, honey bees and goats.

Located 3 min away from the Saratoga lake rowing, 10 min away from the track, downtown and casino, 7 min away from Saratoga Horse Shows and Saratoga Polo School, and 15 min from SPAC Concerts. It is also close to many restaurants (The closest one is 3 min away), gas stations and golf courses for your convenience.
