This was a wonderful place to stay and Rhonda made sure that we were well taken care of and informed about local hotspots. We loved every minute and will be staying again in the future.

Stunning location a short walk through lovely Congress park to downtown Saratoga. Scrumptious bakery in easy walking distance. The apartment was delightful: very clean with all the essentials stocked. We loved being able to stop back in during the day for a quick recharge before getting back into the middle of everything. Bright and sunny during the day and quiet and peaceful at night.

The place was great. Lots of charm. We actually ate on his back porch, which as a nice surprise since it wasn’t mention in the listing. Place was close to tons of restaurants and bars. It was a short drive to the bath houses, which was one our reasons for visiting. We will definitely be return visitors.

Such a unique stay! David gave very helpful instructions for arriving and getting to the property, even supplied photos for extra assistance. The property itself is cozy and in a great part of the city. There’s lots to do nearby, super walkable, and David provides great local recommendations. The shared gallery space was so cool to see too. Great experience!

We felt once we got to the place that it was pristine! Great location and super cute place. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay for Chowder Fest. Very short walk to everything. Unit was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

This beautiful lake house made this day truly special, despite the cloudy and rainy weather. The house’s warm and welcoming atmosphere was therapeutic, and the lake view was simply breathtaking. Everything we needed was within reach, and Nick was incredibly attentive to our every need.

Have spent the weekend at this listing 3 or 4 times now. Really enjoy the location and amenities. Great host and a lovely space. Would definitely return. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Great stay! John Michael provided me with all the info, making checking in super clear and easy. Location is great, just about everything is walkable, only time I drove was to go hiking. The space is exactly as described. Open, comfy studio, kitchen is very well stocked (so appreciated!!). Really happy with this stay, will definitely look for it in the future.

Everything was as stated and shown. Very clean and very secure. Only issue we had was that the drain didn’t drain quickly in the shower and the hot water ran out quickly. Other than that the stay was wonderful.

Great location, only a couple of blocks from the racetrack entrance and from restaurant and shopping on Broadway. We have been coming to Saratoga Springs for several years, this was one of the nicest homes we’ve had the privilege to stay at. We will stay again next year if there is availability.

Great place for a vacation. Nearby playground was in walking distance and the kids loved it. Close enough to town. Clean, comfortable place and can 100% recommend.

Perfect location! Right in the middle of everything. Loads of restaurants and shops nearby. There’s an amazing bakery couple blocks down spring street Best banana bread and pumpkin bread I’ve ever tasted. The place itself is absolutely lovely. So much space and so well kept. Modern amenities but kept all the charm. Parking can be challenging but we managed. All in all we loved it and will definitely stay again if available!
