A 10minute walk to The Ringling Museum. 10minute drive to Downtown, 15 minute drive to both Siesta Key and St. Armand's Circle. It could not be located more ideally!

The pool/hot tub operate within hours listed. The “stove” listed is a hot plate with three burners.

New Queen bed ,pullout couch (twin). gas grill,toaster oven/airfryer, microwave , hot plate for cooking and full fridge plus ac unit. Rainfall showerhead and river stones on shower floor. beach chairs ,towels available. Off street parking in driveway. The famous, huge fresh market " Detweilers" is only 1.5 miles away
