Sliding doors open onto a shady terrace—a perfect spot for morning coffee. Furnished loft apartment with bedroom, bathroom and open plan kitchen and living room in a recently completed complex in Walmer, Port Elizabeth. Located within 2km of the airport and walking distance from multiple restaurants and a large shopping centre. Suitable for young professionals and couples, travelling business people and tourists looking for short term leases. A dedicated bay is provided in the parking area within the electrified fence. Access is gained through either the automated vehicle gate or the pedestrian gate alongside which is connected via intercom to the apartment. Dedicated parking bay is No. 9. I will meet with guests upon arrival and departure and can be contacted via mobile phone during their stay. The apartment is in a newly completed complex in the quiet residential suburb of Walmer. Walk to multiple restaurants and a large shopping centre. There's easy access to a main road and the airport is only 2 kilometers away. Restaurants, launderette and large shopping centre within easy walking distance. Uber and taxis readily available for further distances. The apartment is fully furnished. No children under 10 years old, whatsoever. Maximum of 2 people only. The kitchen has all cooking and eating utensils required. Wifi access provided. SmartTV with Netflix subscription provided. No laundry facilities.

We really enjoyed our short stay In plett and Sue's lovely accomodation was a big part of it. Accomodation was neat and tidy and close enough to Plett. Sue was also available at all times to assist with additional requests we had. Would highly recommend!

Loved our stay, although too short. Would definitely like to go back and stay for longer. This time, we were looking for a stopover before starting the Tsitsikamma Hiking Trail the following day.

We had a great stay at Clyde’s place. It’s very central - easy access to the beach and local shops. The place itself might not be the most luxury but there is anything that you need and the view recompenses everything. Great value for money. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Sue's in our way up the garden route and it was just what we needed! The hot tub was warm and ready when we arrived, the property fit our family of 4 perfectly and it really was a lovely quant little flat. The surroundings were amazing - so beautiful. Would happily come back!

It is a very nice Apartment, with a perfect view from the balcony at the jeffreys bay (ocean & beach). The Apartmant itself got a very good inventary for staying there quite a longer time. It is located in a nice and calm area. Also the Hosts are a very lovley nice and friendly couple. So I would go there whenever the apartmant is free and I am in Jeffreys again. Best Regards Kevin

What a wonderful spot on lagoon edge facing North with high tide water mark up to the deck rising over the salt marsh reserve. Spectacular views towards the town of Knysna . Comfortable rooms with fully self-contained flat. 5 min walk to the excellent Thesen Island restaurants including ile de pain, Sirocco and Tapas. Anthony was an amazing host!

I had a long stay at this centrally located unit during my work visit to PE and had an absolute blast. I felt right at home with all that I needed for my stay provided. I will definitely be back here whenever i visit PE again. I highly recommend!

Beautiful home away from home and perfect for our trip. Photos accurately represent the loft and its a stunning spacious, neat, clean home. Towels and linens are pristine. The location is walking distance from beaches and within 5kms from the nearest shopping centre. Evenings are quiet with minimal light pollution making it easy to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and getting a good night's sleep and rest. Will definitely book again. Loved our stay. Our entire holiday experience was amazing and having a great place to stay makes the whole experience even better. Robyn is very accommodating, hospitable and assisted us throughout our stay.
