Very comfortable apartment, exactly as shown in the photos and as described. Good location. We had a small problem with the internet but the host was very attentive and responded quickly.

The appartment is amazing! 180° panoramic view of the city center, inspiring decoration and lighting. Ideal for couples and for photo shoots. I already know where to stay when I return to SP!

Rodrigo is a great host! Super nice people, attentive and flexible! The house is wonderful: very clean, organized and comfortable, exactly as shown in the photos. We had a great stay. The only observation is in relation to the parking space, which is on a very steep slope, so it is good to have some skill to park. Everything else is perfect! I highly recommend it!

The house is delicious, better than the photos. There is a lot of tranquility, comfort and peace in the residence. The kitchen is very well-equipped, and the bed and bath linens are fragrant. The place is really very quiet and safe for us and the dogs, being totally fenced, with no risk of escape and very spacious. The view from the living room, bedroom and pool is very beautiful. Agnes welcomed us very well, making us feel very comfortable and always available to assist us. We recommend it for those who like a quiet place and can take their dogs.

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with a great view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5-minute walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.

Extremely cozy place and matches the photos. Returning to SP, it will certainly be sought again.

The accommodation is the same as the pictures, this beautiful apartment is located in the downtown area, close to many tourist areas, and it also has transportation nearby. It's very nice and pleasant, the apartment is very good. Highly recommended.
