A 120-m² (1,292 sq. ft.) house is located, surrounded by a fence, in a private 3,000-m² (7.4 acres) area.

It's a small (50m²) and simple house, but it has everything you need. The house has an en-suite and a living room attached to a kitchen. In front, we have a balcony with a hammock and 1 washing machine. It is located inside a farm where we live and where there is also another new and larger house listed on the platform (a piece of paradise 2). Very close to the wine route. When the two houses are booked, the pool must be shared, with 2 islands of tables and chairs, one on each side

Chácara is in a Cond. Closed in São Roque, only 50min of SP and 1km of Catarina Outlet. The private area has: barbecue, swimming pool, court, soccer field, oven and wood fireplace, bar, WI-FI, TV, brewery and much more.
