The farm is in a closed condominium. Closed in São Roque, just 50 minutes from SP and 1 km from Catarina Outlet. The area features: barbecue, swimming pool, court, soccer field, oven and wood-burning fireplace, bar, Wi-Fi, TV, brewery and more. The house has 4 bedrooms (15 people in beds), 2 indoor bathrooms and 2 outdoor bathrooms. Small events upon request (extra costs) The place is surrounded by greenery, is super safe and has been in our family for 40 years! We would be more than happy to host you, your family and friends!

It's a small (50m²) and simple house, but it has everything you need. The house has an en-suite and a living room attached to a kitchen. In front, we have a balcony with a hammock and 1 washing machine. It is located inside a farm where we live and where there is also another new and larger house listed on the platform (a piece of paradise 2). Very close to the wine route. When the two houses are booked, the pool must be shared, with 2 islands of tables and chairs, one on each side

We have fiber optic internet, a playground, games, swimming pool, outdoor fireplace, and a beautiful deck with an unforgettable view. Much of the income from the stays is for the care and feeding of our animals. They are the most important thing here in the corner and we thank you on their behalf!

I share a piece of rustic Paraíso, with 30,000,000 meters of exuberant nature, in the middle of the native forest, there are 1,000 meters of altitute, next to one of the last reserves of the Atlantic Forest in the State, Mata da Câmara, in Serra da taxaquara, with a privileged climate. Wood for hiking, creek, pool, springs, nature in its essence... Ideal place to recharge your battery. A 120 m² house is inserted and surrounded by a fence, in a private area of 3,000 m².

Peace and quiet in the midst of nature!

A habitable container, accommodates a person or couple, amid trees, surrounded by nice dirt roads for hiking and contemplation. Owls and fireflies dance, toucans, monkeys, hummingbirds... At night the temperature drops, revealing the humid and cool climate of the Serra, providing the ideal moment to savor the wine purchased at one of the nearby wineries. Our bungalow offers tranquility and a distance from urban life, even though it is only 1 hour from the capital.
