I can tell you that I found my little corner in my trips to SP! The AP is comfortable... it accommodated very well, we are a couple with 2 children! The building is secure and the AP is very well equipped! Communication was always very easy with the team!

Great for those who need to stay to do something in the area. In my case, I stayed to go to a concert at Vibra SP and it was amazing! Uber is very affordable (both on the way there and back) and there is a bus that stops in front of the apartment and stops next to the concert hall. Regarding the environment: it is super comfortable, equipped and was very clean. The parking lot also helps, since it was one of the few options I found on Airbnb with a parking space included and at a good price! The whole stay was very quiet and we had no problems. Marcelo is also super friendly and responded quickly to the questions we had.

We love the house, a haven in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were very well attended by Paulo and well attended by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super helpful and attentive. The house is cozy and you can feel the care in every detail. Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with a great view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5-minute walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.

Quiet stay, the staff always available to answer any questions. I already knew the area, so it was great! I strongly recommend it because the view is worth it!

The house is amazing. Integrated with nature, well-equipped, well decorated, children's playground. It was very clean and organized. Jane and Marcelo made the experience even more enjoyable by being very helpful with everything. We got a little lost on arrival because the GPS sent us to the wrong place, but I got in touch with Miriam and everything resolved quickly. I hope I can come back one day.

Excellent experience! From the moment I arrived until the farewell, everything was impeccable. The space is exactly as described—clean, comfortable and cozy, one of those places that make you feel at home right away. The location is perfect, very close to everything I needed, making my stay much easier. The parking spaces are tight, but the condominium guidelines for parking prevent one car from being next to the other, avoiding unwanted incidents. The grocery store in the basement is excellent and the acoustic door of the room is wonderful.

Best Airbnb I've ever stayed in! The apartment is more beautiful than in the photos, the location is excellent, close to the subway, next to the building there is a supermarket and a bakery, you can walk to the Dengo factory. José Roberto really is a super host, he met all our requests with great attention. I'm returning to São Paulo in October and I will definitely stay there again

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away. The house is not just a stay — it’s a mansion nestled right in the middle of a reserve forest. Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as shown (if not better). It’s spacious, clean, and every detail is thoughtfully curated. Honestly, it was the best stay we’ve ever had. Just a heads-up — it’s quite remote, which is part of its magic. But it also means that if you forget something or need food or supplies, it’s a bit of a drive to the nearest store or town. So, plan ahead and bring everything you might need. Still, 100% worth it for the experience!

The place is very well located, and has all the amenities of the listing. Paulo is very attentive!
