We loved the time we spent at the house, rented for the Easter holiday. Sidney treated us very well, very helpful and kind. The house is even better than in the photos, very cozy. I hope to return soon.

We booked the house to spend a few days with the family, along with our 4-year-old daughter and our dog. The house was very clean and organized, with impeccable bedding. Also, it is well ventilated and spacious. We were warmly welcomed by Lizandra and her father, which made us feel right at home. We'll be back for sure!

The outdoor area is large, much more beautiful than in the photo. Plenty of shade in the table area, the pool is delicious and large, it fits a lot of people. We had our birthday barbecue with the garage door open all the time, the neighborhood is simple but super safe and quiet. The sun hits the pool 100% of the time, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and there is shade in the covered part 100% of the time, perfect for those who want to enjoy the summer without dying of heat. =) Daiane and her brother were super helpful and quick to respond, we loved it,

Excellent stay at Milena's cozy, new, well equipped and better looking than in the pictures, apartment. The complete stay was smooth and enjoyable. Milena was also very responsive, polite and efficient. Thanks for the orange cake :) I will definitely stay there if ever visit Sao Carlos and USP again. Perfect for both short and long stays!

Mari was an excellent host. Super attentive. She was concerned from the reservation to make us feel at home. The apartment was super cozy and organized. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen had what we needed for our stay. The parking space helped since we traveled by car. Even our little dog felt at home there! The only observation, which has more to do with Rumo logistics, is the trains passing by at night and honking, which can bother those who have lighter sleep. I recommend the accommodation, you won't regret it!

It was my second time in the apartment and I reiterate the review I made years ago: excellent! Impeccable cleanliness and organization, very well-equipped and cozy apartment, very pleasant building environment (quiet neighbors, friendly staff) and the host is always helpful. My absolute Airbnb priority in São Carlos!

Accommodation with Cristiano was excellent! He communicated clearly and efficiently, and the property exactly matches the description. In addition, the location is great, with restaurants, gym, supermarket and bus stops nearby.

Denise responds very quickly, the accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos. Everything worked perfectly and was very punctual at check-in and check-out. The avenue is a little noisy, but nothing that closed windows and a fan can't solve

The apartment was a little different from the photos. Despite this, it is super well located, I had no problems checking in. Overall I had a nice stay.

The host was super prompt! We were offered everything we needed such as towels, pillows, bedding, blankets and on top of it pampered us like gallons of water, coffee, chocolate and soda. Great environment, all according to the pictures. Everything was perfect and there is nothing to take and for this stadia!!
