My house has a heated pool and is located in the Atlantic Forest, in Marina Guarujá, with a mooring pier for large boats, up to 60 feet, and a ramp for jet ski and other small ones. The condominium's security is of a high standard. The condominium has a restaurant for the tenants, a fitness center, a tennis court and a soccer field. It is located on the Bertioga Channel, with an exit to the sea.
