The flat is very well located, facing the beach. Everything was clean and organized. It had a complete structure: a kitchen equipped with virtually all necessary household utensils, as well as amenities such as towels, shampoo and conditioner. Communication with the owners was quick and easy.

This is the second time we have stayed in the apartment, and if we return to Santos we will give preference to this apartment.

Excellent place to stay here in Santos, a few steps to the beach, markets and restaurants. Easy access and very polite and receptive building staff. The Kitnet is super comfortable, and has everything you need for a quiet stay, the Host was super friendly and caring. Excellent, highly recommend.

Our family holiday weekend was perfect, Ellen's house is complete, spacious, comfortable, the whole family was super comfortable, all bedrooms with bathroom, air conditioning, tv, the children's pool was too successful among the children, even on rainy days they enjoyed a lot and safely. Special thanks to Cassio who kept the pool clean every day, always very helpful and very kind. Ellen personally checked in and check out, shared instructions about the house and the surroundings, in her own home they also had useful information. Certainly we will return, well located house, facing the beach, with chairs and umbrellas available, complete kitchen to make our meals, finally, again: absolutely impeccable. House exactly like photo. It had towels, pillows, and bedding. The only thing that I was surprised was the housekeeper living in the residence, even if it is a separate room he has full access to the house, it didn't get in the way of anything, but I think this is missing in the description of the listing. Anyway only praise the house, to improve only the pool being heated kkkkkk but they are mere details that did not hinder our stay at all. Extremely hot and strong shower, wanted to bring him away. We will definitely come back more often. I was even afraid to be a coup, but it's real people are worth it and we are already programmed for the next one!!!

The house is impeccable. Everything is super clean, and in fact it has everything that is in the listing, you don't need to bring bed linen, towels, the house is super equipped with beach things too. The location is perfect, right on the beach, with a great bakery nearby, and the host responds super fast.

The apartment matches the description very well. There's a supermarket very close, 150 meters from the location. The beach is three blocks from the apartment... The view is exceptional and panoramic. I liked that it has a grill and everything can be bought very close by

Great place for trips with family or friends! Good location, wide balcony and in front of the waterfront, just cross the street! Well equipped kitchen, airy, large rooms, excellent option to spend days in Guarujá! I went with children and adults and I only have good points! The host responds whenever necessary during the stay!

The apartment is great, it is in a great location and the condominium is a dream, the pools are great, it has a gym, a spa and everything always very organized. Sidnei, always responded quickly and made clear all the check-in steps. As a suggestion for improvement, I leave a few points: - Having floor cloths (for the bathroom mainly), bed and bath linens would also be an extra cool. - Warn before about the availability of SmartTV, which was not working during our stay.

Beautiful view, a delight to wake up and see the beach in the window. Super clean and cozy apartment, with several amenities such as Chromecast, bath towels, bed linen, even coffee in the closet, in addition to Gabriel's service, who was attentive and helpful from the reservation to our departure. Friendly building staff, parking on the street was super easy, with nearby shops that make it safer to leave the vehicle in front of the building. Next to the VLT, with a fair on Saturday mornings 500 meters away, you can walk and get to know the neighborhood. Anyway, it was a great stay. Super recommend!!!
