Very comfortable apartment for 2 people, everything works properly and it is in an excellent location almost on the sea and close to everything, it also has a garage inside the building which is very important especially if you go in high season. Paolo is very friendly and polite. I stayed out of season and I found the price very convenient. I don't know what it will be like in other months. I recommend it!

The house was impeccable, avant-garde, clean and with great amenities. The location is very convenient, a short walk from the sea, the park road and supermarkets. If necessary, we will definitely book there. Super recommended.

We had a fantastic stay for one month. So nice to be on the beach and access to everything within walking distance. Lots of lovely restaurants, market on Thursdays and grocery stores close by. We walked the beach for miles and were able to explore smaller towns by train. Our hosts were very responsive to any questions. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our longer stay. I would definitely recommend the apartment.

Gianluca’s place was perfect for our stay we had everything we needed. We especially loved the very spacious terrace, the pool was amazing and the grounds and the surrounding area was fantastic! Parking was easy, and local shops, bars and restos easy as well. The space is ground floor super easy with a baby! Desi who is manager for check in was absolutely amazing and very helpful. Would recommend this place 10/10! Thanks for the stay would love to come back!

We were the bridge on June 2. Quiet location, close to the beach. The surrounding area is very well maintained. It's even a pleasure to walk. The apartment offers a very nice and well-equipped outdoor space. Barbecue, umbrella, tables, sofa, benches, and even a stove and fridge. Pleasant surprise. I hope to come back. Giada is a very good host, even a second sun lounger, bathrobes and more towels were brought to us. The location right on the beach is fantastic, we were able to sit on the balcony with sea views every day and enjoy the view as well as fantastic sunrises. In October, many beach bars are already closed, but you can still find some nice places. Thanks again for having us. Mille Grazie and all the best Sabine
