Carlo ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Das Haus ist wunderbar gelegen mit einer fantastischen Terrasse. Ausgestattet mit mehreren Sonnenschirmen, Liegen, Esstisch und einem Relaxsofa kann man den ganzen Tag den wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer und die rundum entspannte Atmosphäre genießen. Im sehr liebevoll eingerichteten Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man für erholsame Urlaubstage braucht. Die Zufahrt ist genau so, wie Carlo es beschreibt: Je kleiner das Auto, desto entspannter das Ankommen :)

La maison d’Ivo offre un point de vue unique sur la baie et est très bien située pour un accès rapide aux plages et à la ville. Son accès se mérite: on y accède par une ruelle extrêmement étroite bordée de murs. Vive la Fiat 500!

L’appartamento ha un’energia ed un fascino fuori dal comune. La vista sul mare é sfarzosa. Ci si sente a casa, circondati da tanta bellezza. Luca é un host d’eccezione, presente e proattivo. Il luogo ideale per rigenerarsi.

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, neu renoviert und lichtdurchflutet. Vom Küchenfenster schaut man auf die Berge, vom Schlafzimmer auf das Meer. Bis zum Strand sind es ca. 200m, Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe ohne das diese durch Lärm stören. Die Lage, Ausstattung und der Gastgeber sind perfekt und wir können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Wir haben unseren geplanten Aufenthalt verlängert, weil es die beste Unterkunft auf unserer Route durch Italien war.

We had such a wonderful stay at Anna’s little seaside flat. The views were wonderful and just a few minutes walk down to the beach. Loved the eclectic artsy vibe of the flat. Anna was so helpful with providing us with restaurants that had gluten-free foods. Truly a place that we would enjoy again on our next trip to Gaeta.

Everything you could want from a place. Perfect location right in the heart of Sperlonga, whilst also perched perfectly above the Sperlonga roofs, beach and sea. To top it off, Benedetto was incredibly accommodating- even picking us up and dropping us off at the train station. We did not want to leave!

L’alloggio è corrispondente alle foto, direi anche meglio del previsto. La casa è vicinissima al mare ed è veramente bella: ampio verde per i nostri cagnolini (che hanno amato alla follia scorrazzando per il giardino), piccolo terrazzino dove mangiare col verde attorno e alloggio pulito e di dimensioni giuste (noi eravamo in 4 e 3 cani e siamo state benissimo). All’esterno una doccia, un forno/brace, una pompa e spazio auto (ci sono entrate due auto, una Twingo e una Citroen). Le altre villette attorno rendevano la zona non troppo isolata. Occhio solo come in descrizione agli autovelox lungo la strada (ma in generale in tutta la costa). I proprietari sono stati reattivi alle nostre richieste e molto cortesi. Dall’alloggio ci siamo facilmente spostati nelle zone circostanti necessariamente in auto. Insomma se volete un alloggio in una posizione strategica, che sia tranquillo, spazioso e vicino al mare, adatto per bambini e animali (recintato in tutto il perimetro) sceglietelo!

Я дуже вдячна за можлівость відпочити. Italy Village знаю особисто, тому що відпочивала раніше тут. Це туристична "деревня" із 200+ котедж у дужє величезному парку.

We had a fantastic stay in the Villa. It has an amazing view from the mountain side down to the sea. And sitting down at the terrace looking out was beautiful. Communication was great and there was very quick response. Having the private pool was amazing, despite the beach down at formia is very nice and friendly for families. The small restaurants in formia as well was nice. We would definitely visit again.

Very cosy house with a huge olive tree garden and many beautiful places surrounding this venue. Sperlonga is incredibly nice and you can choose between different beaches. The venue was well and we had been in order.

Väldigt bra för stor familj med 3 generationer.

Andrea ist ein sehr herzlicher Gastgeber. Da er bei unserer Ankunft nicht anwesend war, empfing uns sein ebenso freundlicher Nachbar Roberto. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Aussicht auf das Meer und Terracina. Die Unterkunft liegt ca. 5-10 Autominuten von der Stadt entfernt. Durch die Lage am Hang ist die Anfahrt leicht abenteuerlich, jedoch gut zu bewerkstelligen. Unsere Kinder waren sofort in Andreas Katzen verliebt und kümmerten sich während des Urlaubs um deren Wohlbefinden. Wir werden sicherlich nicht zum letzenmal hier gewesen sein.

Perfect location in every way! An easy and pleasant 90 minute drive outside of Rome and just one turn off the main road and you’re suddenly at the beach house of your dreams! The location of this home couldn’t be more perfect, with quick and easy access to so many wonderful beaches and beautiful towns! You can walk or drive right to the ocean and get the sand between your toes! Really, the best spot. And when you come back, Emanuela’s house has brand new bathrooms that sparkle and one of the best spacious showers in Italy! Like rain with great water pressure. The bedroom is a fabulous place to get great sleep: dark and cool with perfect air conditioning, and a very comfortable, full sized firm bed. New and great condition amenities and appliances: televisions, laundry, kitchen, etc. Clean and cool: on hot days and nights, the house stays cool with its smooth tiles and new air conditioners. We had the best honeymoon we could have dreamed of because we stayed at Emanuela’s AirBnB.

We had a great stay. We worked remotely for a few days. The WiFi and the roof terrace were perfect for that. Less then 10 minute walk to the beach. Constantino was flexible in arrival and departure and communicated clearly in English.

The pool, view and outdoor space is just amazing. We loved the outdoor cooking too. We had a great boat trip recommended by our host, great day on a beautiful beach and so much fun visiting the nearby town. We appreciate all the advice and fast responses from lole. If we come back, we will definitely stay here to enjoy the pool and amazing house in really an outstanding location.

Alessandra è un host molto attenta e gentile e la sua casa la rispecchia in pieno!!

Huset til Alessio er pent innredet og føltes hjemmekoselig. Ble godt tatt i mot av faren og moren til Alessio. Badene rene og delikate, sengene var komfortable. Uteplassen er stor, og man kan velge å sitte i skyggen eller sola. Deilig med hengekøye. 3-4 minutter å gå til den hærlige stranden. Sperlonga er en nydelig liten by som tar 20 minutter å gå til. Anbefaler huset og plassen. Tusen takk for oss 🥰 Hadde et kjempefint opphold 👌

Maria Pina è stata un host super amichevole e reattiva. Ci ha saputo consigliare anche sulle attività e i luoghi limitrofi dove andare. L’appartamento super carino, riparato e ospitale. Tutto era come da descrizione. Da ritornarci assolutamente. Super soddisfatte

Bettina's house far exceeded our expectations. It's in the most incredible setting just above a beach (no more than 10 seconds to the sand) but under the shady green of pine trees. The immediate area is buzzing with friendly people, cafe's, a restaurant/pizzeria but the house is peaceful with a lovely breeze that floats through all the windows. You cannot beat the sound of the sea lapping that you hear from every window. The sea is very clean and shallow so even the smallest of us had a lot of fun in the water. The mornings are very calm and in the afternoon the thermals pick up and the waves starting rolling in. We have four small children and the joy of being able to go up and down to the beach without all the hassle is priceless. Lovely long shady lunches on Bettina's terrace with the sea twinkling as the backdrop. The house itself is really spacious and whilst it's simple in its decoration it is just perfect for unwinding away from all the usual rhythms of life. We were there for two weeks and could easily have spent another week or two. We visited some fabulous places in the area too with a car. It was a perfect balance between a little bit of culture for us oldies and endless hours of beach fun: snorkelling, chatting to early morning fishermen, hiring pedalos, eating spaghetti vongole at the beach cafe, delicious ice creams, and of course sunbathing. Thank you Bettina for entrusting your beautiful beach house to us and taking care of our needs so well. We really hope we can return one day!

The apartment, overlooking the sea, was perfect for a vacation in the sun, with walking distance to the beach and friendly habitants of Gaeta. A private area in the garden was perfect for meals and hanging out. Emiliano and his family (+ dog) was welcoming and friendly, even for someone usually scared of dogs. Emiliano was very helpful, not only informing about transport options but solving a ride to the apartment during a train strike. We loved staying at Emiliano’s apartment in Gaeta!

Siamo stati a Sperlonga nel periodo a cavallo di capodanno. Sperlonga in questa stagione è un posto perfetto per chi vuole vivere una dimensione di mare invernale con clima mite e tranquillità. Nei pressi della casa sono presenti tutti i servizi essenziali, facilmente raggiungibili a piedi, e con qualche minuto in più di passeggiata si può raggiungere l’omonimo borgo, molto caratteristico ed affascinante. Uniche cose da tenere presente sono la scarsità di parcheggi gratuiti (Enrico, il proprietario di casa, ci ha messo a disposizione un comodo parcheggio a qualche minuto a piedi da casa) e i prezzi, a nostro avviso non proprio economici, del paese e della zona. La casa si presenta molto fedele alle foto, moderna e dotata di molti comfort. Per quanto non sia un’abitazione grande, ci è sembrata comunque spaziosa per due persone, anche per un soggiorno di diversi giorni. Enrico è stato un ospite davvero gentile e super disponibile, lo ringraziamo molto!

Ottima disponibilità da parte dell' host. Ottima struttura, curata , accogliente e soprattutto fornita di tutto il necessario. Ottima posizione e ben collegata con le attività nei dintorni. Ci ritornerei assolutamente.

Appartamento piccolissimo ma fornito di ogni comodità. Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in tre. Cura in ogni dettaglio: dai prodotti per la casa, ai sistemi di riscaldamento e areazione. Di qualunque cosa avessi bisogno nell’appartamento c’era. Abbiamo gradito il Pass per il parcheggio e la vicinanza ai luoghi che ci interessavano.
