The "Trabocco in Campagna" is a special structure surrounded by the greenery of olive trees, which was born between the sea and the mountains. It was curated and completed in every detail in 2025. 2 minutes from the center of Lanciano, 10 minutes from the Costa dei Trabocchi, 40 minutes from the Majella, you can enjoy a stay immersed in nature, "like on a Trabocco". But what is the trabocco? It is an ancient fishing pile dwelling anchored to the rock on large intertwined wooden poles, capable of withstanding the force of the sea.

The apartment is on the waterfront of Fossacesia Marina, 30 meters from the sea, with a free beach. On the third floor with a large terrace and partial sea view. Completely renovated with air conditioning, autoclave and fireplace. A short walk from the 'Via Verde', a cycle and pedestrian path that runs along one of the most evocative stretches of coastline in the Mediterranean.

Il mare, e in particolare la bellissima zona cavalluccio tra i trabocchi, è a meno di dieci minuti di macchina. Nelle vicinanze anche il borgo medioevale di Rocca San Giovanni e la cittadina di Fossacesia. We'd like to share our special house with you, we're lucky enough to own a lavender farm ,surrounded by amazing country views with the spectacular Maiella mountains in the background. We've rebuilt The Melograno House with original antique Abruzzo bricks and have created a retro house with a mix of old and new. We're close to the great towns of Vasto, Termoli and Lanciano with their clean and beautiful beaches , only a couple of hours away from Rome and 40 mins from Pescara airport.

Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
