This antique, tiny, cozy and calm little house, belonged - indeed - to zia Maddalena, has been totally renewed and it's located at around one-hundred meters form the historic center of the wonderful village of Civitanova del Sannio. It is composed by a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom with a double-bed and a day-bed, a smaller bedroom with a one-place bed and a bathroom with a shower. Al Noceto Countryside is an old farmhouse finely restored, a place where ancient and modern find harmony in a game of alternations and mixtures. Just 2 km from the city center of Busso and 10 km from Campobasso, it is about a 10-minute drive to the Cardarelli and Gemelli Molise Hospitals. It is strategically located from the main tourist places in the area: Campitello Matese, Frosolone, Sepino, Guardiaregia, Roccamandolfi… All easily accessible!

Excellent position close to Naples and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta and Sperlonga is only 30 min by car.
