Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Santana Beach

Mariella has all the quality of a great host. My group and I had some unexpected inconveniences due to Covid-19 and Mariella was extremely kind, helpful and accommodating to our needs and situation. She was helpful and easy to reach and talk to. As you can see in the pictures the apartment is beautiful and San Juan del sur is a favorite destination for many visiting Nicaragua!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful beachfront apartment in San Juan del Sur! The views were breathtaking—waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset from the balcony was pure magic. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was **exceptionally well-equipped** (a huge plus for us since we love cooking), and the modern amenities made our stay even more enjoyable. The AC worked perfectly, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the bed was super comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the beach, with easy access to restaurants, cafes, and the vibrant town of San Juan del Sur. Whether you want to relax by the ocean or explore the area, this is the perfect home base. The host was also fantastic—responsive, helpful, and provided great local recommendations. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. **Highly recommend**

Mar was a wonderful host, always responsive. The apartment was comfortable and its proximity to the beach made the vacation peaceful and serene. Will be coming back here when we return to San Juan.

Such a beautiful place, love the house layout and the views are awesome… Very comfortable place with everything you might need for your stay. Rudy and Alex (Rudy’s place caretaker) are very kind and friendly people, always eager to make your stay the best they can.

This is the best beach house I've ever stayed in. The view is spectacular, the house is big and spacious, great for large groups and the price is extremely reasonable for the amount of people you can fit. Recommended 100% and I'll definitely be back here in the future.

Great house for large family or groups. Nice ocean view ( not of playa Redonda) but other bay next door. I love the restaurant in Aqua Resort its a huge plus!! Make sure generator is working because of random power outages !!

We were lucky to book this place in San Juan. A real gem a short walk from town with great access to everything. The house is incredible with everything that you need to have a great time - jacuzzi, BBQ, amazing kitchen all surrounded by incredible views. if you book with Tanguy, you will not be disappointed! This apartment was absolutely amazing, it's looks even better in real life than on photos. Flat is big and cozy, beds are comfortable, water pressure in shower was also great. Wifi worked well. Living room and master bedroom are facing the road, which is loud if you have open windows. With windows closed no problems at all, didn't disturb our sleep. Pool outside is small (more like for cooling than for actual swimming). The condo area is clean and well maintained, also parking available. The only problem we had were the ants - they were consistently appearing in the living room, despite using Raid and cleaning up the dishes once used. I know it's pretty common in warm countries, so wasn't a big deal. But I hope host will find a solution for that (note: the apartment was very clean, so it's not about dirt). Benjamin is very friendly and helpful host. I would definitely stay here again!

This spot in Nicaragua is an absolute gem. It was our first trip as a family (my wife and our 10-month-old baby), and we all had a blast. Angela, our host, took care of all the logistics for getting to and from the airport, ensuring a stress-free arrival. You can run from the patio straight to one of the best waves in southern Nicaragua. The brand new private pool for guests was perfect for our baby, especially since the community pool can get crowded and noisy. Pili's restaurant and bar is just a 60-second walk from the unit, and we went often for yummy food. All the amenities are exactly as described, providing everything we needed. We needed special items for our baby, and Angela and her team sourced exactly what we needed. This was a game changer! It's a great spot for a family or a strict surf trip. We are already planning our next trip here (staying longer this time)! We had an incredible experience and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Nicaragua.

Everything about this stay was perfect. Tom is an amazing host. If we could, we would have given this stay a 6/5 rating. Above and beyond all around. Definitely check this place out! We will be coming back as soon and often as we can.

Our stay was excepcional, the facilities and amenities were in optimal conditions, the place was pleasant. The host was kind and helpful, definitly I recommend it specially for families with kids.
