While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. House was beautiful, much better then described and showed on the photos actually ! And the kids loved it. Pool, playground, cinema, fire pit. Amazing. We hope to come again soon...

Was für eine unglaublich schöne Villa! Bei weitem der beste Airbnb-Aufenthalt aller Zeiten. Es ist einfach wie zu Hause zu sein, ein schönes Haus in der Tat! Spektakuläre und funktionale Küche, Glas überall für einen herrlichen Blick auf den Pool und über die nahe gelegenen Hügel, vier super komfortable Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, alle extrem sauber, alles einfach perfekt. Der beheizte Pool im späten Oktober ist ein Juwel. Am wichtigsten ist, Emma und Felix sind extrem freundlich, nett, flexibel und reagieren auf alle Kommunikation rechtzeitig. Mehr kann man sich nicht wünschen.

Wir waren als 4 köpfige Familie 2 Erw. und 2 Teens (16+14) in der Unterkunft. Wir waren begeistert von der Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit. Das war genau das was wir wollten. Das Haus ist ist zwar klein,aber es reicht völlig aus. Alles ist schön dekoriert und platziert. Genau wie man den Bildern entnehmen kann. Das Außengelände ist einfach ein Traum. Bis in die kleinste Ecke durchdacht. Die Outdoor-Küche haben wir regelmäßig benutzt. Wir waren jetzt im Oktober dort und hatten auch noch gutes Wetter. ( durchschnittlich 22 Grad ☀️) Dadurch wurde der Pool und Whirlpool sehr gut genutzt. Die kleine Bucht ist auch einfach sehr schön. Wir haben dort einen ganzen Tag verbracht und waren ganz alleine. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur bestens empfehlen. Wir werden wieder kommen. 🫶🏻🇭🇷☀️

We stayed for 1 week and wished we could stay another week. Everything was perfect. Communication with Andreas was quick and easy. He provided helpful information about parking and where we would meet Hana, who would take us to the house. Hana was fantastic. She met us at the car, helped with our bags, showed us the house, and provided great tips about nearby cheaper parking, grocery store etc. The house itself was amazing and is exactly as per the photos. Spread across 4 levels it provides lots of space for couples and larger groups. We ate breakfast outside on the terrace every morning. Couch in the lounge is super comfy, as are the beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite and there is another toilet downstairs next to the kitchen that also has a laundry. Located in the centre of Rovinj everything is within a few hundred meters walk. We could explore one minute, and be back home to relax the next. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Rovinj.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is a hidden gem. While the original description was a little misleading, suggesting the house is in Rovinj (it is actually in Modrušani, near the small town of Žminj - 20 minute drive to Rovinj), that didn't take anything away from the beauty of the place. The house is tastefully furnished, the kitchen very well equipped and all bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as the outdoor kitchen were amazing. Thank you Marta for being a great host! We'll be back whenever we get a chance.

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful house surrounded by stunning lavender field and vineyards. The house itself is cozy, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved strolling through the fields, enjoying the peace and quiet, and watching the stars at night. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and provided great recommendations. Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a peaceful countryside retreat. We can’t wait to come back!

Egy nagyon csendes környéken lévő ház, nagy és szép kerttel. 3 gyerekkel voltunk, jól elfértünk, nagyon könnyű parkolni. Az én hibám, de nem ellenőriztem a foglalásnál, hogy a konyha egy külön lakrészben van. Ezt a részt a házigazdák is használják, számomra nem voltak pontosak a szabályok, hogy mi mit és hogyan használhatunk a konyhában -ami egyébként tökéletesen felszerelt. Bár Bojan írta, hogy nyugodtan használjunk mindent, szóval ez végül megoldódott. Mi kerékpárral fedeztük fel a szigetet, ehhez tökéletes elhelyezkedésű a ház. Nagy bevásárlóközpont kb 500-700m távolságban.

Wir waren zu dritt bei Ana, das Apartment ist sauber und wie beschrieben. Wir wurden Vorort persönlich begrüßt. Die Kommunikation war einfach und unkompliziert. Das Meer ist in Fußläufiger Reichweite, den Berg runter. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem. Nur zu empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit spitzen Ausblick vom Balkon auf das Meer. Sehr sauber und Ordentlich gehalten. Alle Geräte haben sehr gut funktioniert. Schöner kleiner Strand in 2 min. Fußweg. Uns hat es als Familie (2Erw. + 2 Kids) sehr gut gefallen. Gerne wieder 😊

Sono molto attenta alla pulizia e l'appartamento di Ante era veramente pulito e ordinato; è dotato di tutto il necessario per la permanenza, inclusa la cucina fornita del necessario per cucinare. Ante è stato disponibile e il soggiorno è stato ottimo.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und ich kann wirklich alles an der Unterkunft von Rafael und seiner Familie empfehlen! So eine liebe und hilfsbereite Familie. Wir kommen bestimmt einmal wieder!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Kristina war einfach perfekt. Wir sind zu zweit mit Hund angereist und haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an wohlgefühlt in der Unterkunft. Der Kontakt war einfach und problemlos und sehr gastfreundlich! Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und der eingezäunte Garten ein schöner Rückzugsort, um den Abend bei einem Glas Wein ausklingen zu lassen. Es war ein wunderschöner Kurzurlaub für uns und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir haben uns von Minute 1 bei Emanuela sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war alles sauber und genau so wie auf den Fotos. Der Garten war toll und es ist alles mit viel Liebe gemacht. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen :)

Pero's place was perfect for us with easy parking, all the amenities you might need and captivating views from the deck. Close enough to Opatija and Rijeka but still a peaceful retreat at the end of the day.

My parents, my brother and I had a wonderful stay of 3 nights at Erika's apartment. Erika's lovely mother warmly welcomed us and was always available for advice. The apartment is beautiful and cosy, very clean and comfortable. The location is superb, right in the quiet nature and very close to the entrance of the national park. I highly recommend Erika's apartment!

Wunderschöne Villa – absolut empfehlenswert! Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in der Villa Cami! Besonders begeistert waren wir vom großen Pool und der weiten Terrasse, die mit einer großen, gepflegten Wiese und ausreichend schattigen Plätzen zum Entspannen einlädt – perfekt für Familien oder Gruppen. Die moderne Einrichtung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und schafft eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Auch die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet – es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Villa war sehr sauber bei unserer Ankunft und wir haben uns von Anfang an rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war jederzeit zuverlässig und freundlich – wir haben schnelle und hilfreiche Antworten auf all unsere Fragen bekommen. Insgesamt ein wunderschöner Ort zum Abschalten und Genießen – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Gloria und Alen sind wunderbare und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Die Villa ist ein Traum, hier stimmt einfach alles. Wer hier noch nicht war sollte her kommen, wer hier schon war kommt eh wieder. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und können diese Villa zu Hundert Prozent weiter empfehlen!

Great villa with amazing views. In small hamlet with other villas. Very close rustic restauant, with other great restaurant a short drive away. Close to cycle route, but hilly.

Our stay at Villa ZEL was great. Located in the heart of Istria, the villa is an ideal starting point for trips around the region. It is also extremely comfortable for relaxing indoors or around the pool. The accommodation is clean, nicely designed and well equipped. Leana was always available online. We would definitely come back again.

An absolutely charming stay in a superb villa. The construction was of very high quality and the building was quiet, spacious and very comfortable. The amenities, especially the pool, and even MORE SO the jacuzzi and sauna (personal favorites) made the stay seem like being in a private spa. The location is wonderful. Delightfully windy roads lead from small village to small village, until you reach Villa Poji which looks out on gorgeous countryside. There are some great places to visit within 20 minutes, MOST great Istrian locales within an hour, but often it’s best to just stay put and enjoy the feeling of the countryside and the comfort of the villa. Filip was an exceptional host, providing a lovely welcome and timely answers to any questions that could come up by being available through ‘whats’ messaging app. This is a wonderful way to communicate with the owners. We felt the space was very private and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. I highly recommend anyone to stay at Vill

Der Kontakt vorm Check-in war immer freundlich und hilfreich. Der Empfang vor Ort und der Rundgang durchs Haus war sehr herzlich. Alle Zimmer waren sauber und entsprachen den Bildern in der Beschreibung. Der Garten war riesig und genau richtig ausgestattet für Kinder. Der Pool und die Terrasse waren sauber und sehr einladend. Für die Kinder gab es auch im Haus Spielsachen. Für den innen- und Außenkamin war Holz und Anzünder vorhanden. Die Umgebung war ruhig und mitten in der Natur gelegen. Das Gelände war komplett eingezäunt und der Garten war hübsch angelegt. Die Ausstattung der Küche war super, alles war vorhanden. Alle Zimmer waren modern dekoriert und gemütlich eingerichtet. Abends waren Pool und Garten schick beleuchtet. Bei Fragen oder Ähnlichem war die Vermieterin immer erreichbar und konnte helfen und Tipps geben für Z. Bsp. Unternehmungen. Wir würden das Haus immer wieder buchen und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

We stayed at Helena’s for a month with our adult children and two grandchildren. It was absolutely perfect. Plenty of indoor and outdoor dining chairs. The loungers could be in the sun or shade and the garden was immaculate. We walked to Malinska everyday and to the neighboring villages. The bikes were great and we enjoyed all of the bike routes, especially 411. A perfect place for anyone who loves the outdoors.

Aufgrund einer Doppelbuchung unseres ursprünglich gebuchten Hauses sind wir sehr kurzfristig und durch glückliche Umstände auf Ivlin und das wunderschöne Haus "gestossen". Der Kontakt war von Anfang an sehr nett und unkompliziert. Das Haus war perfekt für unseren Familienurlaub. Alles sauber mit einer tollen Ausstattung, wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Wir haben auch den Garten mit dem schönen Pool sehr genossen. Bei Fragen war Ivlin und ihr Mann innerhalb von Minuten erreichbar. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche😃
