Beachfront vacation rentals in Santa Monica

Overall a great place to stay in Malibu. Ideal location on the beach with its own private entrance. The house was complete furnished as described. If you plan to airbnb keep in mind that this place uses a septic tank. If you are not used to the smell of the septic tank it may throw you off. It wasn't a nasty smell but a unique odors that we needed to address occasionally with candles and airing out the unit.

First and foremost, Anna is an incredible communicator. We greatly appreciate that as we booked last minute and she was able to get us set up. She’s so understanding and quick to help out. The place was clean and just as explained. Awesome stay at an awesome resort. Definitely going to stay at her place again.

Beautiful quiet condo. We love Peter’s rentals… they are very clean, quiet and in the best location. Lots to do in the area…. We will definitely come back⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Melody’s kindness, attention to detail, and thoughtful recommendations, like the easy walk to Nobu restaurant, made our stay even more special. It was the perfect couple’s getaway peaceful, romantic, and filled with special touches. We are so grateful for the chance to stay here and can’t wait to return. Nice place - in line with the description. Having a parking spot secured is a big plus. The flat by itself is very nice and well equipped..nothing is missing to have a pleasant stay. Plublic Transportation is at the corner of the bloc - will get you to Santa Monica pier in roughly 30mn. Then from there - metro rail is available to get you anywhere in LA Overall I recommend this place - and furthermore Alisa has been great to communicate with.

This was one of the most beautiful locations I have stayed at! I am an avid traveler and advisor, so I have stayed MANY places. This was my first visit to Malibu specifically, and Bill and his space were nothing short of amazing. You can hear the waves from anywhere in the home, and it is so peaceful. All of the linens and towels were cleaned, with ample amounts of extra pieces! There was also MULTIPLE different kinds of shampoos and conditioners that were provided, plus small things you may not think about such as cotton balls and Bobby pins. The kitchen has all condiments and every utensil you may need to cook! We felt safe and secure, and the neighbors were also so kind and lovely. The secured parking structure and entrance was helpful and the shared pool and hot tub were a great addition. This is a 10/10, and in walking distance to Nobu and other popular restaurants! If you are thinking of booking here, do not hesitate!

We had a wonderful stay at Yese’s apartment in Marina Del Rey! Exactly what we needed to end our trip to the US and in a great location. Would absolutely stay here again.

The views are wonderful and walking around the marina is pretty. The condo is spotless. Claudia was extremely responsive throughout the rental. I see why she is Superhost. It was winter so we didn’t use the pool, but the pool area and close-by patio area with hot tub are nice. Whole Foods in Venice is great and close by, as is Costco, so we had many meals at ‘home.’ A few cons: there is no bedroom. It is a studio. No fluffy white towels in bathroom as shown. Can’t use the small balcony. Finally - not a reflection on the host at all, but the building has shared water and morning showers were not always hot. Evening showers were fine. A nice place if you want a home base away from downtown in a pretty area.

We had a wonderful time and would definitely book this house again! We loved it so much we wanted to book another day but someone else already had it booked. We loved the roof hot tub, the sand and beach being right on the house!!!

Excellent property with excellent owners - we stayed for a couple of days during our son’s Pepperdine graduation and the property met our needs. Very spacious kitchen and living room. Amazing ocean views. Very clean. Strong communication. Highly recommended

Stayed here for a long family weekend and had a wonderful time! Our kids (3 and 5 years old) loved the direct beach access and the hot tub on the deck is shallow enough for them to stand in safely. House is well stocked with all the towels and toys you’ll need to enjoy the beach. Tyler was very responsive, helpful and made sure our stay was perfect. If you’re looking for a beachfront home to enjoy with families, this is the house!

We had an amazing stay! The resort offered so many activities, beautiful pools, and was just steps from the ocean. Everything was gorgeous, both inside and out. The room was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed. Bethany was wonderful — easy to communicate with, very helpful, and always responsive. Any small needs we had were quickly taken care of by the resort staff as well. It was truly a perfect vacation. We would absolutely love to come back!

Loved the location and the atmosphere. Susan had top quality products available for our use. The beds weren’t the most comfortable And we had to pay to secure parking at the house but I would still book this location. The home is beautiful inside and out, it was well maintained and clean, it’s walking distance to the beach and to many other local places that were awesome. Found some great tea/coffee shops, a really cool clothing boutique (BeMe chic) and other good restaurants. Thank you Susan for hosting me and my family this weekend.

The place was wonderful and the amenities made it all the better. The bbq boat and hot tub were a little tricky to get started but Shane was very responsive and quick to help. The duffy boat was a hit and so easy to use. The only downside was the parking, it was a little tricky to figure out but it was fine. There was also construction outside during the first night that shook the entire building at 2am but that’s more of the cities issue. overall, the stay was wonderful and can’t wait to come back

Amazing location right on the strand with the beach a few steps away. Loved the breeze and seeing and hearing the ocean while relaxing in the living room or on the patio. I used the awesome hot tub every night. John is super friendly and helpful and came down to show me everything when I arrived. Will definitely be back!

This place was exactly as advertised. We spent hours sitting outside in the yard relaxing during our stay which is exactly what we'd hoped for. The location was perfect: right near the beach and restaurants but in a quiet community. I'd love to stay here again.

Loved the location on the peninsula. We were able to walk to the beach, to restaurants and really enjoyed being able to use the rooftop deck. Beds were super comfortable and the place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was very helpful also to have the garage for our car and e-bikes since parking is such a challenge in that area. Appreciated our host being available for any questions on arrival and throughout our stay. Hope to visit again!

Perfect spot for a quiet family weekend in the off season. It’s an easy walk to the beach. Recommend an early morning walk or run on the boardwalk. The place has everything we needed and the two patios are great for getting either sun or shade.

Such a fun house! My kids loved the different levels and there was a place for everyone to relax which is always so nice on vacation. Great communication from Summer and I enjoyed having the gated entrance. Tip - Totally our fault but the city is serious about parking on the correct side during sweeping! Summer warned us and gave us a great parking pass and we just missed moving the car. Ticket is $75. Hoping that will save someone else some spending money.

The PERFECT place!! Location. Location. Location. Clean. Responsive. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. It had it all. Parking for 2nd vehicle was a challenge but really not that bad. Neighborhood was super safe and plenty to do and walking distance. Truly amazing in every way. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay! Close to the beach and Main Street, with private parking. The location couldn’t be better, and the place itself has all you need, including a fully equipped kitchen. Cherry on top, we also received a thoughtful welcome package 😊 Highly recommended!
