We contacted Anna Maria at short notice after another booking fell through. She responded right away and got the apartment ready for us so quickly. It was a lifesaver. Anna Maria and her husband were so friendly, helpful and responsive throughout our stay! The apartment is really lovely - modern with all comforts. Everything was very clean and quiet. The location is great, just a few minutes' walk from the historical centre of Lecce and close to some great restaurants. We took our kids and they loved it too. Thank you so much Anna Maria! We hope to see you again some time!

We loved staying here. The house was spacious, and had everything we needed. A/C in the bedrooms was much appreciated!

We have been travelling to Italy for years - and this is one of the greatest apartments we have ever stayed in. Unlike in many other flats, everything in Ulrike’s place is exceptional: the design which is vintage yet timeless, spotless standard of hygiene and little things that make you feel welcomed. Ulrike prepared small welcome and goodbye gifts and was ready to answer all of our questions. The view from the apartment is wonderful and gives you an opportunity to rest from the sun. The flat is located in the very heart of Nardo: the town is lively and wonderful, yet the apartment is very quiet. It is also sunny and spacious, we will definitely return! ❤

5-nights stay with 6 friends Very professional host and service, always available if needed. Also, mid-stay cleaning service included in the price. Breathtaking terrace and very nice house with cosy, renovated interior. Excellent location 10 metres from the beach. Air conditioning everywhere in the house, easily adjustable to your liking. All in all very good!

Cozy apartment close to the center and yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle. We enjoyed the stay very much, Domenico instructed us very well in the house rules and was always easily accessible. If we come back to Otranto, we would book the apartment again. Thank you for everything!

Lovingly renovated and tastefully furnished apartment on the edge of the old town of Lecce, ideally located to explore the city on foot or the surroundings by car. Everything was available, hassle-free self check-in via key box. Maria is quickly accessible and gives useful tips if necessary. An all-around successful stay, thank you Maria!

The host is extremely friendly and helpful and has met all our needs and curiosities, both in message and in person. Thank you Pasquale and Paolo for hosting us and the stay. Everything was perfect! The apartment already looked beautiful in photos but it was even better in real life. The decor, shower and kitchen had been redone. They had planned everything necessary for our stay with our baby: changing table, baby bath, high chair, folding bed, blender for puree, stroller and even parasol and 2 folding chairs (which allowed us to introduce him to the sandy beach, 5 min walk from the apartment). Parking in the garden, sea view, fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine and coffee machine with pods as well. Everything was very well thought out so that we could have a good vacation. Even mosquito nets. They even planned a map and recommended lots of nice places. The apartment was also very clean. We'll be back with pleasure for our next stay and recommend their accommodation 100%.

We thoroughly enjoyed the conditions offered by Alberto's place, we had a very good time in the tranquility before the tourist season. From Marina di Mancaversa is easily reached in localities such as Gallipoli or Santa Maria di Leuca... also, one day you can see many of the tourist resorts on the South Ionian coast (Torre San Giovanni, Torre Suda, Torre Mozza, Torre Pali, Torre Vado, Pescoluse, Lido Marini).

The house is absolutely pleasant, well located and there is everything you need for a relaxing family vacation. It is located not far from the historic center of Lecce and easily accessible. The property owner really helped us with a problem that occurred on the morning of our departure. Thank you!

My wife and I just had an absolutely delightful 1-night stay in this ground floor apartment in the Old Town. Alberto was welcoming & helpful and assisted us with access remotely which was very straightforward. The apartment is very smart & immaculately clean. It’s in a really quiet area of the Old Town. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and we didn’t need to use any air-conditioning in mid-May. The walk-in shower was a delight. There’s just enough kitchen cooking equipment & cutlery for a couple. Parking is outside the Old Town; we found a car park within 3-mins walk to the apartment. Alberto’s tip to download the EasyPark app was absolutely great; it was so easy to pay for the cheap parking and also start a new session the next day from our apartment. There’s a washing machine (washer-dryer) in the apartment which is chargeable at an additional €5. We highly recommend this property for a perfect stay.

Silvia is a very helpful and welcoming host. The description of the accommodation was almost reductive compared to the beauty of the apartment. In addition to being very nice, it was also very clean. The location and uncovered area make this place perfect. We will definitely be back!!

We had a great experience at Villa Regina and loved the apartment as well as the swimming pool. Great host and quick to accommodate any of our requests. 10 minutes away from downtown Gallipoli and withing walking distance from a groceries shop. Highly recommended.

Based on the pictures and the price, we already had high expectations. These expectations have been completely exceeded. It was really unprecedented, if you go to southern Italy, this is a MUST GO. So welcoming, such a nice tenuta, delicious breakfast every morning and attention was paid to everything, they really take an extra step to make you feel completely welcome and at home. We have been there our first 10 days of vacation to discover the south of Puglia. It is perfectly located for that, we have explored all the nice places in the area all less than an hour away. The only thing I regret is that we have booked this accommodation to start the holiday with, I am now writing this review from our second accommodation and it really falls into nothing compared to Tenuta San Trifone. I sincerely don't think you're going to find a better place to stay in the south of Puglia. Emanuele, Laura and the rest of the family, super thank you, it was great!

very beautiful masseria, in a peaceful environment in the middle of cicadas. The accommodation is pleasant and functional with a small private terrace well oriented for breakfast. the common areas are also very pleasant, especially the swimming pool and ping pong table :) Francesco and Sylvia are very friendly. Thank you to them for being very accommodating.

Very nice small « old town » village, recommended restaurants in the village were very good with nice rooftop terrace. Nice small swimming pool to get refreshed. The apartment itself is well renovated with the charm of the old building. Good view on the terrace but beware of the wasp! Would recommend without hesitation

Masseria a Libeccio is a corner of paradise and relaxation, immersed in the Apulian countryside, a short walk from a wonderful sea and an uncrowded beach. The outdoor shower, barbecue area and vegetable garden available are really appreciated. The pool, accessible 24 hours a day, completes a “luxury” but never formal experience. Lastly, Antonio, the welcoming host. The only flaw is not being able to stay a few more days, but it's definitely a goodbye!

Fantastic. The apartment is clean and modern and host Stefania is very friendly and helpful. She is willing to answer all your questions and give extra information about the city. For us as users of the public transport the location is perfect. The train station is a fifteen minute walk. Within ten minutes you are in center of Lecce where you can view the beautiful city and enjoy all the delicious food that the region has to offer. The apartment itself is large with a separate bedroom and spacious areas to eat and sit comfortably. There is a small kitchen and a corner with a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. We were very curious about the private pool but it exceeded all our expectations! It's nice to cool off on hot day but it is even big enough for swimming a few small laps. The terrace is spacious, really private and has morning sun. The region has a lot to offer and we certainly didn't get bored in a week. So there is a good chance that we will return to this apartment!

Fantastic stay. Warm welcome with extensive tips on what to do in the area. Apartment was very tidy and well equipped with stuff to make a meal yourself. Swimming pool very clean and a very nice view over the area. Breakfast was very good; huge variety of savory and sweet foods. Stay highly recommended.
