Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Santa Maria del Focallo

Andrea's place is terrific - located a group of houses in a quiet area ~20 min drive from Siracusa with gated access that feels "remote". The house itself is half of a duplex and is exactly like the pictures in the listing - it is modern and clean and incredibly well furnished and stocked to feel like home. The beds were comfortable (firm), kitchen was well stocked for basic cooking, AC worked great, Wifi was excellent (fast upload speeds), and clothes washer was also good. There was a small hot tub in the backyard that worked OK (took a long time to heat up, but was then fine). There is a rock / rocky beach at the end of the street nearby, but we suggest that you use the 2 beach umbrellas and beach towels that are provided and go to either Spiaggia Punta Carrozza or Spiaggia del Minareto, both are ~10 min drive away. Communication with Andrea was good, and we appreciated his flexibility for our early check-in. Overall, highly recommended.

Alessandro's villa is a perfect place to stay and enjoy your holiday. The equipment is great in each dimension. We had even amazon echo dot to play music and wooden pizza oven . I was impressed by the immaculate surroundings – the garden and outdoor areas were carefully maintained, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights was the stunning beach, just a 5-minute walk from the villa. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the sun and sea. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-kept place close to a beautiful beach. I would definitely love to return!

Wir haben zwei Wochen in Guiseppes Ferienhaus verbracht und waren rundum begeistert. Das Haus ist wunderschön (noch besser als erwartet) und die Umgebung absolut ruhig. Die Kinder haben vor allem den tollen Pool genossen, die Umgebung bietet aber auch viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge. Guiseppe ist ein zuvorkommender Gastgeber, wir kommen gerne wieder!

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in Villa Aroi. We werden welkom geheten door Salvatore en (ik denk?) zijn vrouw. Susanna hebben we niet gezien, zij heeft mensen die voor haar werken. Zo werden we ook een aantal keer geappt door Elisa met informatie. Iedereen was heel vriendelijk. Salvatore gaf ons tips voor restaurants, winkels en plaatsen om te bezoeken. Vooral Noto was leuk (eten bij Nanchè)! Maar ook het strand van Calamosche in een mooi natuurgebied is de moeite waard. Veel leuks is wel op 30-60 minuten rijden, in de omgeving zelf is, behalve het strand en veel rust, niet zoveel. Het strand is overigens aan het eind van de (onverharde) straat en is schoon en breed. Was nu nog erg rustig! Het huis zelf was schoon en knus. De 2e badkamer iets verouderd t.o.v. de rest, die gebruikten we niet. De jacuzzi was een heerlijke aanvulling op de mooie tuin en ook het dakterras was prachtig, echt luxe! Aan alles was gedacht. We raden deze plek zeker aan als je lekker wil relaxen!

Gorgeous villa, decorated and cleaned to a very high standard. Looked exactly as it did in the photos. The location was also perfect, far enough away from the main area that it feels secluded and peaceful but 20 mins walk away from the main beach with shops, bars, restaurants etc. the main square and the marina were beautiful spots. Would highly recommend the location. The main positive feature though, has to be the service and support from staff. Particular shout out to Giuseppe, who was always on hand and available to help with anything throughout our entire stay. One evening our water stopped working and he arrived within minutes and fixed it. Very friendly, professional and helpful man. Cannot recommend this villa enough and we would love to come back.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and very well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the choice of outdoor areas and the pool. Sabrina was an extremely lovely and responsive host who made sure our stay was smooth. Arriving in Catania at 8am, we were able to do an early check-in which was much appreciated. Our children also appreciated the cats who came to say hi, it reminded us of ours :) We would definitely recommend Sabrina’s place.

Roberto och hans son Erik var helt fantastiska. Vi bodde i Villa Bismarkia som var rent och prydligt. Allt man kan tänkas behöva finns och de gemensamma ytorna var så välskötta och fina. Rekommenderar start detta boende!

Ivan was a wonderful host. The setting of the villa is idyllic and peaceful. The hot tub is a lovely addition! Dino greeted us and was wonderful during our stay, friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend a stay here if you’re looking for a beautiful setting not too far from many of Sicily’s beautiful places to visit. Thank you Ivan and Dino!

We loved Cristina's villa! Beautiful Sicilian decor, amazing pool and garden with hammocks. Her homemade dinner was our best meal in Sicily. Cristina is a wonderful host - always helpful with local tips. She and her son live on the lower floor, which isn't completely clear in the listing but actually enhances the experience as she keeps everything perfect. Highly recommend for an authentic Sicilian stay!

Beautiful accommodation. The sea views are breathtaking, the back terrace is well-suited for barbecuing. There's even a pizza oven, but we didn't use it. The pool is small but well suited for cooling off and massage. The house was super clean and Chiara is very nice and helpful. We had a fantastic time and would be happy to come back.

Beautiful location across the river from Noto - the property is well-thought-out and cared for, large variety of interesting trees and plants (lemons, oranges, pomegranates, almonds, etc) around the house, fun pool for the kids, well-appointed kitchen and beautiful spot for evening meals looking over the vista of Noto as the sun sets. However, the highlight was the hosts - Emanuel and Sebastiano - flexible with check-in and check-out, Emanuel took the time to answer all of our questions, introduce us to all of the interesting parts of the property, and provide local recommendations, and Sebastiano was very helpful and patient when I forgot our passports at the house and had to return to get them - he safeguarded them and met me in town to return them. Highly recommended!

We spent a great week in Angelo’s villa with 3 other couples and 3 kids (one 5 years old and 2 babies). It was the last week of October but the weather was amazing and we could enjoy the pool everyday (the water was of course a bit chilly but still ok) as well as the heated jacuzzi. The villa is an amazing renovation and offers a big living room with enough space for everyone. Angelo is a very nice host: always very responsive and helpful. He was also very flexible with the arrival and departure time. The location is also perfect to enjoy Scicli, the beach and the surroundings (Noto, Raguse,..). Apparently we were the last guests of the season and some renovations will be done. For instance the bathrooms and some doors need to be maintained. The poor sound insulation between the floors and the creaking stairs were a bit annoying, but nevertheless we had a great time and we totally recommend this place.

To miejsce jest naprawdę wyjątkowe. Lokalizacja jest niesamowita, dom jest praktycznie na samej plaży. Czystej, pięknej, którą poza sezonem (maj) mieliśmy praktycznie tylko dla siebie. Dom ma już swoje lata, nie jest to nowa willa, mogłaby być lekko odświeżona, ale jest świetnie wyposażona, Góra jest wyremontowana - tak samo można by było zrobić z całą częścią na dole. Byliśmy w dwie rodziny plus małe dzieci, każdy miał swoją łazienkę (4 sypialnie, 4 łazienki), to jest naprawdę komfortowe. Wiele znajomych prosiło o wysłanie linku do miejsca, bo po udostępnianych przez nas zdjęciach od razu widać było, że wyjątkowe. Polecam naprawdę! Pobliska Ragusa ma super klimat.

the place was stunning, with the occasional view of Etna when it wasn't cloudy. The beds were very comfortable and clean. everytging was easily found and the host was very good at communicating when wr had a question. would definitely recommend and go back again!
