Just 8 km from the highway, Rioveggio exit, and 3 km from the train station, getting to Bologna or Florence takes about 1 hour. You will have a large studio of 40 square meters with an independent entrance. The Monte Sole Park is a stone's throw away and nearby there are the Rocchetta Mattei and the Corno alle Scale mountains The kitchen is complete with dishes and pots, a microwave and a coffee maker, with coffee, barley, chamomile and tea, some croissants, carbonated and natural water, and milk at your disposal.

The house is in the heart of the former sugar factory village, on an internal and quiet street, less than 1 km from the train station that connects Molinella to Bologna. Entire apartment on the first floor on a two-family, consisting of a large living room with fireplace, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms; high ceiling with exposed beams, mosquito nets at the windows, independent entrance. Molinella is 35 km from Bologna and 30 km from Ferrara. They can be reached by public transport.

Tiny studio (bedroom with kitchen area, plus bathroom) recently renovated, in an elegant building, clean and quiet, just next to Via del Pratello, one of Bologna's most interesting areas. A few steps away you'll find all sort of shops (bus, supermarket, bars, restaurants). It can comfortably host two guests and the kitchen is equipped with all basic cooking utensils. Second floor, no elevator. We often use the place ourselves, so it is not managed by professionals. No air conditioning.
