An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

The new apartments "Le Querce" are on the ground floor of a villa located on a three-hectare farm with olive grove and orchard, characterized by the presence of tall oak groves. The accommodations are apartments of about 60 square meters each of which has a porch in front, for personal use of about 20 square meters overlooking the infinity pool, this one of common use (of 50 square meters), sunbeds and umbrella available. Guests will be able to use free, unattended private parking.
