L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito. Inside, there's air conditioning, Wi-Fi (>200Mbps) , TV, and a study. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, and laundry is easy with a washing machine and tumble dryer. "Spendida villetta con giardino privato a 50 metri dall'incantevola Spiaggia di Santa Margherita all'interno della Comunione La Perla Marina . Composta da 3 camere da letto , una cameretta , 2 bagni, e due verande con giardino privato e Barbecue a gas . Aria condizionata in tutte le camere e nel soggiorno. WIFI ed ampia zona per il parcheggio auto. Ideale per famiglie che vogliano rilassarsi mentre i bambini/ragazzi accedono alla spiaggia ed al mare in totale indipendenza e sicurezza.
