A very light, fresh and comfortable duplex in the middle of picturesque village of Santa Luzia only 90 m from the water, and 2 km from Tavira. The proximity to the sea and beach life is noticeable, the sun shines on the terrace from ca. 10 in the morning, until beautiful sunset. There are many lovely restaurants within walking distance and small genuine groceries stores. Santa Luzia has its own small fishing boat fleet and you can always catch fresh fish or squid, and it is safe and cozy.

First floor apartment in a recently renovated townhouse, located in the cozy and typical village of Santa Luzia. A quiet village, 2.5km out of tavira, easily reachable through a street with sidewalks and a even a bike lane. Restaurants can be found within walking distance. Tavira island can be accessed using a 5 minutes ferry to Terra Estreita beach, literally 80 meters away from your doorstep, or you can simply walk (3km approximately) to Barril Beach using the pedestrian bridge to cross.

A Casinha (1937) foi renovada e possui toda infraestrutura do novo, tendo mantidas suas características originárias, o que faz com que seja charmosa e acolhedora. Casa localizada no coração de Santa Luiza, há apenas alguns passos do cais onde ficam os barcos que levam à praia da Terra Estreita. The apartment is great, I would 100% recommend staying here. Tiago gave us clear instructions on how to access the apartment which was great. The apartment was very comfortable for myself and my children and it is very nicely decorated. The grounds of the apartment and the pool are very well looked after and very picturesque. My children loved the pool! the apartment is just a short walk to all the lovely cafes and restaurants in Santa Luzia, and to the ferry to the beach. We will definitely be back ☺️

After visiting busy tourist areas all day this is an oasis of calm. We found eating dinner here, overlooking orange groves preferable to busy restaurants. The proximaty of the local grocery store, with butcher deli counter a bonus.

A tranquil seaside view captures small boats anchored in calm waters as the sun sets on the horizon. The serene beach stretches alongside a tree-lined promenade, with buildings softly illuminated by evening light. The sky displays warm hues of orange and pink.

Apartment on the Ria

We stayed in Sally's apartment for a week just before Easter and felt very at home there. The apartment is clean and uncluttered and has all the amenities necessary for a stay in Santa Luzia. The balcony is a great place to chill out and listen to the wild life in the natural grasslands opposite - at night you can hear the frogs chirping away. Sally is a great communicator and gives you all the information you need prior to your stay. We hope to return soon.

Ana was very helpful when there was an issue with the wifi, very grateful. She was also very flexible with check in and check out since it was possible during the time I stayed there.. The apartment was very spacious and clean, comfortable to stay during the bad weather. Everything you need to cook was available with a lovely welcome basket when I got in. Didn’t get to experience the balconies due to the poor weather but they were both very large and looked lovely. Comfortable bed, and quiet room. Overall great stay.

Très agréable appartement, bien équipé et décoré avec goût On se sent vraiment chez soi Tout ce dont ont peut avoir besoin au quotidien est présent Harrison est très réactif et a de bons conseils concernant les restaurants et bars à proximité Le top est la terrasse pour dîner au coucher de soleil en savourant poisson ou viande grillés au barbecue La literie est de très bonne qualité c'est aussi très important ! Nous avions loué une voiture et le stationnement est juste en bas de l'appartement, par contre l'emplacement n'est pas très large donc il vaut mieux avoir une voiture de taille moyenne Je recommande vivement le logement de Harrison et je le remercie ainsi que Nicole son épouse de nous avoir ouvert leur maison avec autant de bienveillance et de générosité !
