Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Santa Lucia

Matteo’s place was excellent! A walkable apartment with a beautiful view. We had a wonderful stay here. Matteo was so helpful and sent detailed instructions for finding the apartment, parking and getting in. He stopped by to check on us, too, and sent many helpful recommendations for restaurants and nearby activities. The place was spotless and in a great location, exactly as described. There were plenty of clean towels and other necessary amenities (soap/shampoo bars, kitchen supplies, umbrella for the beach, etc.) We wish we had more time here and will certainly book with Matteo when we can come back!

Villa Smeralda is a very nice place to stay close to the beaches (the closest are about twenty minutes away) and Olbia (15 minutes). The apartment was very nice with terrace, barbecue, air conditioning... everything you need. The pool is a plus to cool down during the hot hours or in the evening. The breakfast on the terrace was lovely. Antonio is nice and very accommodating.

Very nice and comfortable place, right in the middle of the marina great location very close to one very small and quiet beach. the place is perfect for 2 max 3 people. air conditioning impeccable. the place has all the amenities in the flat, eg dishwasher and washing machine work perfectly. only negative is the absence of wi-fi which is not convenient if you do not have data otherwise we loved it

This place is fantastic, it is a private, cul the sac street. You have olive trees all around the place, plent of cicada music which is just wonderful. The flat itself is spotless (coming from a person with OCD, this should say a lot to the rest of you!!!), enjoyed every moment there so much so that I wanted to cancel other places we booked in Sardegna and extend our stay here. Regrettably, that was not possible as other guests already booked the place. I will be definitely come bac here as the area is really nice, an excellent beach is just 4 km away and the place is quiet, what more could you want from a holiday. As for Pietro, I can only recommend him as a host, timely response and resolving problems on the go, hopefully he will remain a host dor years to come as I am already thinking of a next year booking for the same place.

Very nice apartment in charming Dorgali! Antonio was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. He even had us over for an aperitivo. Having a parking space was really convenient. Thank you!

We were received very nicely by Chiara and were even able to check in a little earlier. The accommodation has everything you need. Clean, well-maintained and well appointed. Super centrally located, everything is very quickly accessible on foot. Parking spaces are also available, a few free if you are lucky, otherwise €1 per hour, both of which are within a minute's walk. Questions were answered quickly via Whats App or Airbnb App and we were also provided with local and regional recommendations on arrival via Whats App. Finally, you can say you can't go wrong with booking the accommodation and if you want to stay centrally in Olbia, we would recommend this apartment. The house is located just 3 blocks from the main avenue. The bus that brought us from the port left us half a block away and we took the bus to the airport in the same place (half a block from the accommodation), the location is wonderful. I rented a car and was able to park every day without a problem. The neighborhood is quiet. The house is really equipped with everything you need for your stay. From a washing machine to a beach umbrella. It was very comfortable and easy to stay, Gabriela is very friendly, she was in contact with us the whole time in case we needed anything. I will definitely rent here again if I go back to Sardinia!

We spent a nice week in Giovanni’s apartment. The apartment was new and had everything we needed. We highly recommend this accommodation to others and would not hesitate to book again!

Really nice apartment with a beautiful view of the center of San Pantaleo, a convenient town to quickly reach the various points of interest in the area. The terrace is a great plus! Natalia (the host) was very kind and more than helpful in every conversation.

Wonderful stay in Orani at Valerios place. Amazing views of the surrounding mountains from the balcony. It’s also just an hour and a half drive to either Olibia or Sassiri which Valerios place a great jumping point.

Jacqui’s place was amazing! We spent a week there with a family of 7 and had the most wonderful time together. It’s beautiful and even way better than in the pictures. This place gives you all the rest and piece of mind that you can wish for. Super clean and very stylish, beautiful with attention to details. We enjoyed it very much. It’s quite special that there is a main house and 2 separate tiny houses with a bath/shower. The surroundings are very nice and there is also a small village close by. It’s just great! Can really recommend Jacqui’s place. 10+ for sure

Valerio's house is large and very pleasant. Ideally located 15 minutes from the airport and ten minutes from San Teodoro, its useful shops and its beautiful beaches around. Access is at any time, which is very convenient when you arrive at night. Valerio is very responsive 👍 We were even able to take advantage of the pool at the end of April ☺️ I recommend it!

Our stay at Bruna's place was exceptional. The property where the apartment is located is beautiful, located in the middle of the countryside and very well maintained. The house is fully equipped, we didn't lack anything. It has a large kitchen, spacious and bright bathrooms and bedrooms, as well as a huge terrace that we have enjoyed very much. Our dog felt right at home, as she had plenty of room to run and play in the field, as well as having fun with Dexter. The location of the house is unbeatable, close to all the points of interest in this area of Sardinia. Finally, Bruna was a 10-star host, very friendly and attentive, she even attended to us in Spanish. He offered us local recommendations and made us feel at home. Definitely a totally recommended place to stay. I hope we can come back in the future!

A great apartment furnished in Sardinian style with everything you need. Great location, wonderful view over Porto Cervo with a cozy terrace and pool. Communication was very good, always available and helpful. I can definitely recommend without reservation this apartment. In any case I would Book again. Thanks a lot!

We felt very comfortable and had a lovely time. The nearest beach is within walking distance and also seems to be a very good option when it is windier. It is protected by a reef, so the sea usually remains quite calm. The balcony has electric blinds that can be lowered to protect against winds, which was great during our stay in September, as it could get very cool with the wind. But that was no problem with the blinds. The contact with the hosts was great and you also got an answer quite quickly.

Luigi hosted us very warmly. The exchanges were very smooth between us. The listing is as described. Nothing to complain about. Go there with your eyes closed

We felt very comfortable in the apartment from the beginning – it was clean, lovingly furnished and exactly as described. We would especially like to thank Marilia, who was so warm and helpful. Despite our flight delay, she patiently waited for us and welcomed us in a friendly way. When we were cold the first night, she brought us extra blankets the next day. A small WiFi problem was also solved immediately and easily. You can feel that she is a host with heart. We will be happy to come back!

Andrea and Christina were the perfect hosts, they made us feel relaxed and at home and were super friendly and suggested activities, restaurants and even different places in Sardinia to visit. There is a lot of things accessible to where we stayed, however if you do love exploring new places we do advise getting a car because bus system is not the best in Olbia. But when we told Andrea and Christina, they helped us out massively with getting a car. We love to explore, we went by train to the capital for one day and we visited different ports and beaches. They made our experience so much better for our honeymoon it was perfect! And there is a little bakery underneath so fresh sweets and coffee first thing is perfect! We will definitely be back next year with them they made our experience even better! Couldn’t fault them 1 bit!

Complex is very new, in a nice location with all amenities within walking distance. The surrounding area is nice and calm and good to having parking available. Lovely to just sit and look at the views from the balcony. Apartment had everything that we required, was neat and tidy. Even though it was out of season the swimming pool was open although we didn’t try it. Check in and check out instructions very clear and also some lovely touches with the welcome pack and gifts. It was perfect for us and was an ideal place to explore the island. For couples or a family this would be a perfect spot in my opinion. This provided us a great opportunity to get our first taste of what this beautiful island has to offer and we would certainly return to this apartment and Sardinia if we get a chance.

We had a great two days at Filippo's apartment. Self check-in via key box was simple and well explained, allowing us to arrive at our own pace without stress. The accommodation was impeccable: very clean, carefully decorated and perfectly in line with the photos. The location is ideal for discovering the area on foot, and communication with Filippo was quick and efficient, both before our arrival and during the stay. Thank you for this flawless stay!
