In the green of Tuscany La Gegia Matta is the guesthouse of Villa Ruschi, a magnificent eighteenth-century property characterized by the typical Tuscan style. It is located in the center of Calci, in Val Graziosa and is easily accessible both by car and motorcycle. Independent rustic house 800 meters from the sea with a large garden in a residential area. Parking spaces included. The accommodation consists of 1 double bedroom and 1 small bedroom with a double bed (4 total beds), living room, kitchen and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Outside is a large shaded veranda, a barbecue, and a ping pong table. In the area there are shops for basic necessities and some restaurants. the house is located 10/15 min from the city center.

The house is an ex-barn, recently renovated. A charming, intimate, welcoming and relaxing place.

Ideal for a couple, the house is arranged on two levels. On the ground floor, there is a living room and a kitchen complete with accessories with a dishwasher and washing machine. On the first floor, there is a large double bedroom (possibility of adding a bed for children) and a very spacious bathroom. Anyone is and always will be welcome. The cleaning and sanitizing of the apartments are carried out scrupulously by us in order to ensure maximum safety.
