Ryan was super responsive before, during, and even after my stay. He provided helpful checkin info and fun local recommendations! The place was just as described, peaceful and still near the city center and UF campus. I highly recommend Ryan and this place!

This little cabin was perfect! Clean, well-maintained and had a nice rustic feel. Not to mention the setting could not have been more peaceful. Julia was an excellent communicator and made me feel very comfortable and at ease with my stay.

Absolutely, love this location. A perfect spot if you need to get away for some peace and quiet. Super easy check-in. Even though it's connected to clea's house, you have perfect privacy. Sitting outsid, listening to nature was pure bliss. You have to have to have to take the kayak and go out on the lake. It took me about 30 minutes to go around the whole perimeter, but I ended up spending about 4 hours out on the lake that first day and loved every second of it. oh and also hung out with the peacock for a while, that was pretty cool haha. Thank You Clea for a PERFECT experience.

The home had everything we needed and some. The walk to the river was my favorite part because it was right behind the house.
