Everything was perfect, excellent service

We’ve been enjoying AirBnB for years now and we’ve had some excellent hosts. But this time, our host, Gustavo, went beyond the call of duty and helped us when we were in need. He was great — so kind and helpful. As for the property: it’s in the downtown area of Esperanza and we found it exceedingly clean and comfortable. Close walking distance to some of Esperanza’s new and great restaurants. We were only there a night but wish we could have called it our home base for a few more days.

Tranquility reigns, a place to really rest. Everything was very good, from the installations, privacy to the attention of the landlord and his lady. Always willing to help in any way. Recommended place and its staff. It's to come back!!!

The place is what I was looking for, with a lot of tranquility and nature. The cozy house, simple but with everything you need. Majo and Gabriel are very helpful and kind. I would come back a thousand times.

Majo is a very kind person who was always waiting to give us a good time. The apartment is better than what you see in the photos, it has an excellent location overlooking the Parana River that gives a huge tranquility and ensures a full rest. The place is highly recommended for its tranquility, security, facilities and friendliness of the guests.

It's really a place to stay is truly unique. A house on two floors, with very appropriate and beautiful spaces and furniture, in a context of caring for the environment and the surrounding nature. Judith and Francisco's attitude is especially noteworthy. Requested and prepared to provide solutions to any issues, however minor, that may arise. The environment is beautiful, with a multiplicity of spaces close to the house ready to enjoy according to every moment of the day. Hike to the river is a must! A varied landscape with all the exuberance of the delta, full of the sounds of a diverse and free fauna. We took a lot of photos and enjoyed tremendously. Thank you! eT

A beautiful place to rest and be in contact with nature. You can only see the greenery, hear the birds and enjoy the atmosphere! The house is super well equipped to go in large groups and the hosts are super willing to solve any issues that may arise. It's worth going back and we will!

The large patio has a very nice green space. All the appliances worked and all the services were guaranteed. We'll be back!

Gustavo is a genius!! Always attentive to everything, recommending everything from fishing tactics to business recommendations, etc. The house has everything you need. It's very comfortable. It has 3 floors, a beautiful patio, a beautiful dock and even a ladder to go down to the riverbank. We had an excellent stay, excellent fishing and an excellent place and host. We would definitely be back! A luxury!!

Everything was excellent, highly recommended

I was in Santa Fé for 1 week. The place from the house is excellent. Its really close to the terminal and in front of the door you can take bus number 2 to the Plaza 25 / old town or most other important tourist places. On the station Belgrano (5 minutes) you can rent a bike for free and do a nice tour on the Costanera or other Places. You can buy great empanadas close and there is a park 2 streets further. I arrived really early (at 5am) and it wasn't a problem to get the keys and enter the house. The house is good. You have everything you need. Fridge, Cooking equipment, Washing machine, Desk to work, Wifi, Mate ;-) , hot water. I asked the owner a lot of questions about Santa Fé and the answers helped me a lot. Thanks for that. So I can recommend to stay here in Santa Fé .
