The apartment is just as it looks and is described. All rooms have air conditioning/heating, with a spacious living room to share with family and/or friends. The kitchen is stocked. Federico as a host responded quickly, was flexible and was always available. It's definitely an apartment I'd go back to!

First of all, I'd like to talk about Pablo, excellent, super proactive, very friendly and attentive from the first contact, something that gave us a very nice feeling before starting the trip. The apartment is very nice and cozy with all the amenities, very bright, everything is a 10. For anyone who wants to spend a few days in Paraná, it is an excellent option. There are a lot of places to eat, super 24 hours. Breweries and everything can be done on foot if you want.

Maria Veronica was an excellent host. Friendly, cordial, communicative and always ready to help with any concerns. Attentive to every detail so that we feel super comfortable. Thank you for everything. Highly recommended.

The stay at this apartment was really excellent. I spent 18 days there, and from the first moment it was very comfortable. Communication with the host was agile and cordial, he responded quickly to my questions. The apartment met all my expectations: it was very clean and tidy, with towels and sheets in perfect condition. The kitchen is well equipped (pot, pan, utensils, microwave and refrigerator in optimal condition) which allowed me to cook without problems during my stay. The bathroom is very spacious, with good water pressure and basic toiletries available. The decor is modern and bright, with a cozy living room where I spent several afternoons working. The Wi-Fi worked without interruptions and at a good speed, which is essential for those of us who need constant connectivity. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Paraná and looking for a comfortable and well-managed place. I would definitely come back for future visits!

The apartment is in an unbeatable location, beautiful view and the apartment is just like the photos. The facilities are excellent, and Diego is very friendly and always available for any questions. The only difficult thing is finding the parking lot, and the entrance to the building, since it is very large and there are several buildings.

The apartment is very comfortable for 1 or 2 people. I used the pool and gym. But the best part of all, it's the mattress. How well I rested! Francisco is very busy and attentive. He recommended places to eat and always available. I'll definitely be back.

A great apartment in the middle of the city! Special for us were the stylish, old furniture and all the flair of the house/apartment. From the apartment, everything important is within walking distance. Communication with Maria Silvia was very pleasant and she was very easily accessible!

I stayed in the apartment for several days and it was really excellent. Everything is very safe, as there is a guard 24 hours a day. The area is amazing. The apartment is exactly as shown. The views at sunset are crazy. Nothing to say, impeccable. Alan always responded to me super fast, in fact I asked if they had mate equipment and when I arrived they had left it there for me with a package of yerba and everything!!! Thank you very much.
