Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Santa Fe Province

Sofía was a great host. Everyone had a great time relaxing in the country. The toddlers enjoyed running in the open spaces and the adults enjoyed lounging around and taking advantage of the grilling area. The house was clean. I would recommend doing all of the grocery shopping beforehand and planning on not leaving. We would definitely go back!

We loved the experience. Everything was in perfect condition: the place was very clean, tidy and just as shown in the photos. We really enjoyed the stay, we felt comfortable at all times and we had no problems. In addition, the location was great and communication with the host was quick and cordial. We had an amazing time! We definitely recommend this place and would come back in the future.

Excellent accommodation and value for money. It is a few blocks from where the center begins and the house has all the necessary amenities for 5 people to spend the days you want and enjoy San Pedro peacefully. Everything was sparkling: floors, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, garage and bedrooms. The kitchen is super-equipped and with everything you need for everyday life. On the block there is a butcher, greengrocer, kiosk, grocery stores and everything you need on a daily basis. The only thing we would improve is the mattress of the double bed because it looks old and is uncomfortable. It's very soft and sinks. Everything else was barbaric. Finally, Franco is always very attentive and ready to answer any questions, so we are very grateful to him.

Excellent Andrés, very attentive and helpful. The best beach house I've stayed in with my family. Super complete and comfortable house, the garden, its furniture, the grill is the best with a view of the Paraná. We'll be back!

Everything was spotless. Starting from Andrea, our host, always friendly and answering our questions. The beautiful house, with a large patio, ideal for those of us who have puppies and we want to let them run loose without fear of them escaping, because it was all the perimeter closed. I recommend it and I would come back.

Excellent apartment on the last floor of the building. Lots of sunshine, great balconies, and located within walking distance of the river and downtown Rosario. Cristian is an amazing host, very proactive, and always available. Highly recommended!

I was a short time. But the location is great for enjoying the rosary. It is an ideal accommodation to spend a Finde in Rosario.

A spectacular apartment, spacious, bright, complete, with a privileged view of the Parana River and an incredible library that occupies every corner. Well decorated, with warmth; the large balcony. The building has good security and is one step away from the park. Luisa is excellent and attentive.

Tomas was a great host. We were visiting the country for the Christmas holidays and chose La Agustina to spend time with our family. It was a great decision. Everything was seamless, and he was easy to reach if needed. The location, albeit somehow far away from CABA, is peaceful and spacious. The decoration is beautiful and the state offers something for everyone: sunsets, horses, barbecues, room for sports practice etc. Would definitely come back.

If you are looking for tranquility, it is excellent. The only thing that is uncomfortable is if you need to buy something like a supermarket, there is nothing nearby, but if you plan ahead and buy everything beforehand, the rest is nice and quiet, good facilities, comfortable

Thanks for everything Adrian, the house is very conveniently located and clean, comfortable beds, the garden is great with basketball courts, ping pong, grill, stove, etc. A couple of maintenance details would greatly improve the house! As a tip, you should rethink the additional cost per person, which we found excessive. Beyond that, the overall experience is very positive and I recommend it!

Eduardo was very kind and the house is excellent, even better than what the photos reflect. The Chacras club where it is located is a very quiet place, with excellent maintenance and very good access from the highway from Buenos Aires. An incredible place to rest and disconnect from everything close to the city.

The house is special to spend time with family, use the pool and the facilities allowed in the neighborhood. Quiet place to relax. Maybe the house is required for a little maintenance , but overall it was great.
