Fran was an amazing host! Very good vibes and super attentive to every detail, the house is amazing, the photos don't do it justice, it's much more beautiful than it looks! Cleanliness level 10+, I recommend it!

A great place for a short stay. Private garage, small lawn (it was perfect for my workout). There are a few nice venues for breakfast and dinner in 2-10 mins walk. For colder times the warm ac works perfectly (we were with an infant)!

Everything was perfect! The location is very good, in the center of Rosario. The place is very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Alejandro's attention was excellent.

We spent almost a week at "La Fortunata," this wonderful cottage on the outskirts of La Paquita. The living and dining room is spacious, flooded with light and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. All rooms are totally clean, the beds are very comfortable, there is perfect AC in both bedrooms. The pool is beautiful and is regularly maintained. Juan is an excellent host, always available, very responsive, warm and has many tips for excursions around Laguna Mar Chiquita. We would come back any time and recommend La Fortunata without reservation, even for longer stays.

A bit of a last minute reservation but the house was incredible and the pool was very helpful during this period of hot weather. I would have liked to stay there longer.

I traveled with a group of teenagers, the house was perfectly suited to our needs. It has practically everything you need. I would improve the grill utensils a little, but nothing to worry about. An excellent home for a great stay. We'll surely be back

A beautiful place to rest and be in contact with nature. You can only see the greenery, hear the birds and enjoy the atmosphere! The house is super well equipped to go in large groups and the hosts are super willing to solve any issues that may arise. It's worth going back and we will!

We loved the experience. Everything was in perfect condition: the place was very clean, tidy and just as shown in the photos. We really enjoyed the stay, we felt comfortable at all times and we had no problems. In addition, the location was great and communication with the host was quick and cordial. We had an amazing time! Pablo's house is ideal for relaxation and escape from the bustle of the city. There is everything you need, a barbecue area, a terrace, a fireplace and what is very important for my family, clean water from a spring without chlorine. Pablo is always in touch and does everything to make our stay carefree. We will definitely come back again.

The place is very well located. The building is half a block from the pedestrian area, with everything nearby, including the terminal. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and more. The truth is, I was surprised by all the things it had, even a washing machine. The balcony is beautiful and spacious for a few mates. Thanks for having me!

PROS The apartment was spotless, it's spacious The kitchen is spectacular, and also has many useful utensils The bathroom was clean, spacious, with two large, clean towels The spacious room with several quilts and air conditioning The garage looked safe, I don't know if it's big because we went on a motorcycle, but unless it's a very, very long van, I think all the cars fit The host always kept in touch NOT SO MANY PROS It was not our case, but if you have mobility problems, the apartment had quite a high staircase to climb to the room. The TV only had a few channels and didn't have the ability to stream from the cell phone (a Chromecast fixes this) If you arrive from the west side to the location, the streets and people (beggars, cardboard sellers, cracks, etc.) looked a bit cloudy. I would strongly recommend not walking or traveling through this area. CONCLUSION Everything was a 10, very flexible with check-in. GOOD EXPERIENCE

The stay was excellent. Livia welcomed us and was very friendly from the start. I stayed only one night to rest with my wife and 2 children in the middle of a trip and it was a very good choice. The place was clean, well maintained and very quiet. The next day, he even brought us invoices for breakfast, a very nice gesture. Recommended! We'll definitely be back!

Everything was perfect. The place was in excellent condition. Basically I went to sleep but has all the tools if someone wants to cook (toaster, electric oven, refrigerator, microwave,etc.). The split worked perfectly. While it was easy for me, maybe for someone else it's a bit tricky to pull out the key to access the building. They always responded quickly and the entry and egreso guidelines were concrete and clear. Undoubtedly if I would come back to Rosario, I would stay again. Thank you very much!

Very good stay at Andres's place. The house is spacious and comfortable. There were 12 of us and we were very well. The pool and jardin were very well maintained. 2 things to improve 1- the toilets are yellow. The bathrooms were not dirty but they gave an ugly feeling. 2- the two beds with cuchetas do not have air conditioning and one night that was very hot it became complicated to sleep well. The rest is excellent. Thank you so much
