Our place is in the mountains on the edge of town and National Forest, 1.5 miles from 10,000 Waves Japanese Spa, 10 minutes to the Plaza in the heart of Santa Fe, and 20 minutes to the ski basin with unlimited hiking and mountain biking in between. The house is tasteful, private, quiet, has amazing views, and has easy access to Santa Fe's finest restaurants, galleries, and activities. Very special two-story cottage within walking distance of downtown and the Rail Yard. Two bedrooms plus two full bathrooms upstairs, kitchen, dining, living room and powder room on main floor. Large windows admit beautiful light, outdoor patio has seating, dining areas and gas grill. Centrally located, this charming home features a mix of antique and contemporary furnishings. We have four fireplaces in the house; the one in the master bedrooms upstairs can be used to burn wood.

My place is 1.2mi from the plaza in a conveniently located residential neighborhood. With its small, simple, Santa Fe style, you'll feel at home right away! The main room has a kiva fireplace & sofa as well as a full kitchen & small dining area. There is a separate bedroom with a closet & washer/dryer. The enclosed, private courtyard is perfect for kids & pets. This guesthouse is separate from, but next to my home where I live with my partner, our son, and fuzzy dogs!
