Super spacious, clean and comfortable apartment! The condominium is very quiet! There are plenty of options for buses to get around the city! The only things I really missed in the apartment were a hotter shower and a mirror, 😅 but otherwise it was impeccable! I will definitely try to stay there again when I go to Santa Cruz other times! Daniela is always very attentive and helpful!

Fantastic location, cannot emphasise how ideal it is for staying in Equipetrol. Our host was wonderful and responsive and all the staff in the building are ready to help with anything you need (shoutout to Luis who was an absolute legend). The pool is stunning and the barbecue amenities, gym and ping pong were exactly what we needed.

Excellent experience. The place was spotless, well located and just as in the pictures. I had a quick and clear communication with the host. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The apartment is beautiful, tastefully decorated, clean, with a great view of the city. There is a superb rooftop pool and a gym. Hot water, a TV for rainy days. Joanna is super responsive and allowed us to enter the apartment before the time. She answers all your questions 😊 The only 2 things missing: the washing machine dryer wasn't working and there was no access to the pool table. I recommend it 200%.

I recently stayed at this family-friendly apartment in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia, and had a wonderful experience. The apartment is well-located and provides a comfortable, clean, and spacious environment. Although I didn’t explore nearby attractions, the location’s convenience was a plus. One thing to note is that the building's facilities are for homeowners only, so they weren't available during our stay. The host was very welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this place for a family stay in Santa Cruz de la Sierra!

We really enjoyed our stay in Santa Cruz and this comfortable and cozy accommodation contributed to it, where we felt very comfortable. It is as shown in the pictures and has everything you need, including a swimming pool and free-access social area, everything is very clean. There is 24-hour security service and it is located in the best part of the city, with everything within easy reach. Cheaper than similar listings nearby. Veronica, our host, was very friendly and responded promptly to all our questions.

The apartment is the same as the listing, plenty of space and was very clean. It has gas water heating that guarantees a very hot bath. Juan is very kind and responded quickly to all our requests. It was a very good and peaceful stay.

The house is very nice, comfortable and the environment is excellent for family and relaxation activities. There was a small problem with the hull, but the speed and kindness with which Eduardo solved it is remarkable. I would suggest to equip the house with a washing machine with what would be 100% complete. We'll definitely be back.

This is exactly what we needed and where we needed it. It’s close to the airport so it’s convenient for travelers who don’t want to be in the busyness of the city. There are little food trucks right outside the community and micros (public transport) are easy to access from the community as well.

Perfect for a one or two day stopover between two flights. Far enough from the center, but possible to order a car with an app to reach the center in 20/30 min. Safe place with swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and small supermarket. Thank you

Liliana and her husband were easy to communicate with before and during our stay. They were efficient at responding to questions and small issues. Liliana and her family met us at check in to show us their home. Their home was exactly what we were looking for. It’s far from the city (which means a tranquil, quiet, and safe gated community). The enclosed back yard was PERFECT for our two dogs. The back patio was bright and sunny and clothes we washed dried quickly. The kitchen was well-stocked and we easily prepared several meals. The neighborhood was very pleasant. We went out at night on several occasions to walk to the dogs or to run to the little market and we felt very safe. As soon as we made ourselves known to the gate guards we had no trouble going in and out of the condominium. A taxi to the city center will run you about 40bs and 30ish minutes. If you have the time and prefer to spend less, you can hop on the micro bus that runs in front of the community. If you are looking for a place to relax away from the city center, this place is perfect. Great community amenities, privacy, fast internet, dog-friendly. And Liliana and Benjamin were wonderfully accommodating! We will surely look for their place next time we travel through Santa Cruz with our pups! Highly recommend!
